Inpost is very easy to use

Inpost is very easy to use, no standing in queues just scan in your qr code, door opens for your parcel. Job done 👍

I use Yodel for most of my parcels on…

I use Yodel for most of my parcels on different marketplaces. Recently I have been trying to send parcels through Ebay but it keeps saying Yodel is not available and it then picks Royal Mail for me, which I'm not keen on and on top of that I've had to pay the difference between Yodel prices and Royal Mail price so I am out of pocket. When will Yodel be back on Ebay?

I sent a solid wood jewellery box to a buyer on Vinted through InPost,the buyer said they received a box with a plastic duck in it, I never sent this, I've had no problems with InPost before, and I'm not sure who swapped my jewellery box for a plastic duck, but it can only be one of the two people who handled my parcel InPost or the buyer and I aim to find out which one of the two are guilty. Why would I jeopardise my 5 star reputation on Vinted to send someone a plastic duck instead of a jewellery box.My motto from now on is TRUST NO ONE.

MEARNS ENERGY SOLUTIONS LTD

This review is about Mearns Energy Solutions Ltd and not Eco Providers.Mearns Energy Solutions is run by Muhammed Zubair, they fitted a new boiler for us under the government grant scheme called Eco4.
The following day our flat and the flat below us were flooded because the above fitter and his apprentice failed to secure the water pipe from the boiler to the sink outlet, so that when the heating was switched on all the water from the boiler poured out the unsecured pipe and flooded both our flats, the damage caused by this company cost us £800 and we want this money reimbursed by them.
I asked them for their public liability Insurance agents details but they have ignored my request, maybe they do not have any insurance.
I am at a loss as to what to do now as they are not communicating with me. Has anyone been through the same, if so how did you get recompensed?.

Berks insulation based in Slough are a…

Berks insulation based in Slough are a joke. They should not be part of the eco4 system run by the government. They flooded ours and our neighbours properties because they failed to install the pipe from the boiler properly. They caused £700 worth of damage and have taken zero steps to put it right.

They have been messing us about for months and lying to us. We are now going ahead with taking them to court to recoup our losses for their incompetence.
The sign of a decent company is how they deal with problems when they arise. This company is useless at dealing with this, they do not care and avoid sorting out problems that they cause

I have read many horrendous reviews about the company and wish I had read them before getting involved with them.
Let this be a warning to anyone thinking of using them, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Easy service to use.

I had never used this service before and luckily the courier was there at the time and took me through the steps. He was super helpful and I couldn't believe how easy it was. The only thing not available was the function to print off labels, I don't have a printer so was unable to send my next parcel through In Post. It may.be something to consider for the future as it is one of your postage choices but I had to remove it from my list as an option to buyers.

I've had problems with Evri before and…

I've had problems with Evri before and know the frustration of trying to get any help from them. I would like to suggest that people complain to the company the goods are bought from and if they all keep getting complaints they may stop using Evri. Under distance selling laws the company are legally responsible to ensure their customer receives the goods they order and if not they must give a refund. Its not the customers fault the company chooses a shoddy courier company and nor is it the customers place to waste endless hrs dealing with any courier company, that my friends is the sellers job. Evri give generic feedback for every bad review, that tells me they don't care.
