Don’t use them ….they are cheap but you will receive an order wich on website it’s written 3-5 days after 18 days ….its preposterous and today I had to cancel the order i made on 7/01/26 …..on 14/01/26 I received an email where was written that they’ve just received the order even if they took my money on 7….and the delivery will be made PROBABLY on 26/01/26…..wtf…..

This was the 4th time using Holafly,so far it has been perfect…didn’t had any problems with network or limit of internet gb…I will use the in April again when my holiday is booked

I’m giving only 3 stars because the best they had was the flights, on the plane was really good, the stewards very qualified and helpful ,the food was great….i have 1 issue with tui….ive paid for an excursion 140€ ,I’ve waited for the bus at the pick uk point for 45 minutes and it didn’t showed….i don’t know if it did showed after those 45 minutes…but I didn’t manage to talk to the agent from tui…now I’m waiting and hoping to get the money back…

Worse delivery company ….I don’t understand why companies are using them just to be dragged down by this shity 💩 company drivers included….stop using them….are useless

For the smart ass from tool4trade….I’VE PUT THE ORDER THURSDAY EVENING NOT ON FRIDAY….and i didn’t expect to receive it on Friday but I was hoping to receive it Saturday because of the delivery fee ….by the way for your knowledge it’s 21:40 on Monday evening and the order hasn’t arrived…..so next time check the dhl delivery slots when people pay extra for delivery….and just so you know toolden never made this mistake….i only bought from you guys because the product was 50-55£ cheaper otherwise I wouldn’t have changed the place were I buy tools and batteries….thanks again for nothing

The hotel was nice but the cleaning service was awful,the food was amazing,the pool was not separated from kids pool so really noisy and people just take more sun beds than they needed just to not have people around,at reception I was lied about a trip in lanzarote (I was told we could swim in a blue pool with white sands ….we we arrived there no swimming and no sand….the ground around the pool was just white painted)I’m giving 4 stars only for the reason that I got my diving certification there and I did 6 divings wich was amazing….the “private transfer “ was not private we have been taken from airport by bus and went to all the hotels to drop everyone ….from airport to hotel was 9-10 minutes we did with the bus 55….so really great experience 😩….

4 stars only because of delivery…dpd didn’t wanted to let the package to my neighbour…next time please use someone else….

I just tried to sell a 3500£ laptop wich I received as gift ,only opened and tested….its to complicated for me ….it has 2 touch screens …and the quote they give me is 321£……amazing

The bed it’s really flimsy (it makes some noise when you move in bed)(it’s true I’m a big guy 116 kg and my wife has about 65-67 kg)but still….the only thing I’m happy in the 685£ of the bed with mattress …the mattress it’s amazing….
