The people are so friendly and helpful

The people are so friendly and helpful. They let you know which charities you have helped whilst playing the lottery with them. They also ask what you would do with a big win and it’s so nice to be able to talk about the dreams we all have if we were to win BIG XX

No customer service

No customer service. No one to contact. All documents requested sent over. No response to confirm they have received them. Money in my balance awaiting to withdraw. I’m
Shocked at the lack of customer service with OJO. I really am. Nobody answers on live chat , no telephone number, what is going on ? Could a customer service advisor please contact me.
IT HAS BEEN 72HOURS!!!!!!! You haven’t emailed me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy playing on the site. However I feel there aren’t enough “kickers” that interest me. Also it takes a very very long time to get a decent win. I feel I have spent a fair bit of money. And not won much. Username is sonny184
