In awe of the customer service here! Had a problem with a light. There were none left in store but Leah and the team sourced a replacement from the manufacturer and had it sent to me in no time. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding too. Delighted to see and support this kind of Irish business. Highly recommended.

They completely messed up my port over to their network, leaving me without a phone for weeks. I then had to cancel the request to join their Network and I had to return to my old provider Vodafone because Three just refused to help me after failing to port me over to them. Any time I called they kept reading off scripted answers and telling me to wait and wait and wait for a port that was never going to happen.
I cancelled my port request with them and went back to Vodafone. Six months later Three network randomly ported me to their network , leaving me without a phone yet again and causing me to lose my credit with Vodafone. They lied to me saying that they had ported me over because I had submitted a NEW port request at the time of the port. This was absolutely untrue as I never wanted to deal with them again after the first error.
I then had to cancel this unwanted Three account which was forced upon me and then return yet again to Vodafone and pay for more credit! They then refused to refund me the money they caused me to lose.
I have complained to Comreg and also formally to Three network and they take months upon months to respond. I never received an explanatin about the errors.
Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced from any company.

It's hard to express how bad the customer service is.
I have instructed them countless times to return the money that is on my account, which I cannot use due to changes in their service. They have promised to refund my money but simply don't bother doing it, time after time. Serious disregard for customers, holding onto money without authorization and giving false promises that they have no intention of following through on. It's tantamount to stealing.
Sickening when you come across an organisation like this.

Inconsistencies with sizing meant that I had to return a few pairs of these jeans. They charge 10 euro for each return and it takes them a few weeks to process refunds. I definitely won't be buying again.
Positives: the customer service representative I dealt with responded to me quite quickly when I emailed him. I do like the jeans overall too when they fit!

really bad customer service.
Bought a coat which didnt fit and returned it same day as received. Unworn with tags still on of course.
Numerous emails have gone unresponded to about delay in receiving my refund as per their official policy.
I called and was told there are delays and they cannot refund in the 8-10 day period that is advised on their website. Agent was unsure of when my refund would be processed.
Funnily enough there were no delays when they took the money off my credit card.
Wouldnt buy online with TH again.

They lost shoes that I had purchased twice.
First time the product was sold out so I couldnt replace it.
I then ordered a similar product and this was also lost in the post.
I ordered a third time and the goods arrived after some confusion. They were faulty. The shoes that were out of shape and didnt fit properly. This probably explains their reduced price.
Giving 2 stars as I found the customer service rep friendly and they did offer free delivery due to 2 losses.
Nonetheless, I wouldn't buy with M and M again.
