very friendly and helpful staff

very friendly and helpful staff. Found a matching sofa and modules to that on clearance on shop floor. went through all the finance and care options . explained delivery options. made us a cup of tea and made us feel very relaxed with no pressure to buy. would recommend the Broadstairs store very highly.
