After ordering on the phone with great advice and supply lead times confirmed, my products arrived.
Unfortunately the door manufacturer (Not Modern Doors error) had sent a door for my frame which was too large! Nightmare as this could have delayed my building and I would have incurred extra costs onsite. Contacting Rafal was quick and a professional response was received. Problem solved by Rafal in under 2 hours and a replacement door was sent and received in 3 working days.
I will be using Modern doors in the future and am very impressed with the service so far.

Having had an emergency case of cauda equina and a following microdisectomy, our previous mattress (1 year old) was orthopaedic and felt like concrete. It had to go! Tried another brand of hybrid (sounds like cinder!) felt the springs and over heated. Returned it! Sceptical about trying the REM, but so glad we did. Like sleeping on a cloud. Am in such a better place and impressed with the mattress.

Easy website, quick to book, great price

Having sofa cushion insurance from the supplier, we needed to make use after a animal accident. Sadly, the process was harder to organise, the company cannot give you a time window, so you have to remain in all day.
Cushions were cleaned, stain not out after drying, REPEAT above process for visit number 2.....sadly, the poilcy is not worth the money and Homeserve furniture repairs have limited options on what they can achieve.
Disappointing.
