Cole; best tour guide in South Africa

We had the privilege of having Cole Reizenburg as our tour guide in the South African tour. Cole was so informative and knew everything about South African history. Because of him I’ve gained so much knowledge and understanding about Apartheid and Nelson Mandela. He recommended great books I’m now obsessed with reading. He is only 26 but he is extremely mature and has so much knowledge and experience and guided the tour so well. I can’t imagine the pressure of taking care of 13 of us on the tour and organizing everything but he was calm, respectful, patient and welcoming even with difficult people. A few people, who were a lot older than him on the group were quite rude but Cole stayed calm and continued to treat everyone with respect and kindness. I don’t know how he does it! Cole was helpful to book our extra activities after the trip like paragliding. As a local he was able to give us his own experience of South Africa and recommended amazing food! I’ve been on the Mexico tour and previous tours with other companies but Cole is by far the best tour guide I’ve had. He made the trip incredible!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Received the wrong shoes and the wrong size and all they can do is tell me to return them. I haven’t even been offered next day delivery to buy new ones quicker

Best gym around!

Best gym around! The classes are really flexible and there’s so many different ones to chose from. Barry (one of the instructors) is brilliant for the classes. I learn something new every time he does them. Learning about why you’re doing the exercises you’re doing really motivates you to continue and helps you focus on the areas you want. Barry and Alex were very welcoming when I first joined and there classes are well worth it! Alex does the Pilates class and it’s so much different then the usual Pilates class and makes it really enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym if you’re trying to find your love for fitness again

Writing another review because this…

Writing another review because this seems to be the only way to get someone to contact me. Was given a display camera which is faulty. It turns itself off all the time and can barely be used. I was told weeks ago they would send out a new one and they haven’t. I needed it for my graduation which didn’t happen and now I’ll be travelling to America with no camera it seems because they aren’t sending out a new one or replying to my emails. Camera was bought in store in little island. Also when getting the camera I waited in store for almost a hour because they couldnt find it. Then tried to sell me one that was 100€ more expensive. This is ridiculous and all I get is a “sorry for the inconvenience”. This isn’t good enough.

Display camera sealed like new

I hate to write a bad review because i am always buying things from here but my experience the past two weeks is very disappointing. I ordered an adaptor from a Harvey norman to be delivered to my local store two weeks ago. After a week of no word i went into my store and asked them where it is and they said it is still being delivered and offered me an alternative adapter which was the opposite of what i need. The second time i went into my store they said they would email when it arrived. Then the third time they finally told me that they doubt it will arrive and again offered me a completely different item. I asked for a refund which i guess is still being processed but I haven’t gotten an email to confirm that i will be getting the refund.

My other bad experience is that went into store about a week ago to put a deposit on a camera. Someone put it aside for me but then when i went in to pay for the rest they told me they don’t have it and its out of stock. I spent 40 minutes in the store while they tried to find it and the guy that was helping the other employee was clearly having a bad day cause he did not care at all. He kept rolling his eyes at her and was being rude to her. Ive always seen the employees being nice to each other and helpful so this was upsetting to see. After 40 minutes of waiting they finally found it. At the cash till i was then over charged for a warranty I didn’t ask for. I was told they would remind me of it and then i can decide but they didn’t. The camera i got was then a display unit yet the box was sealed making it look new. I now have to wait for a courier to come out with a new one. Though I know this is probably the fault of the camera company rather then Harvey Norman.

However I must say the employee Frankie from the little island store in Cork is amazing! I’ve had a few interactions with him now and each time I walked away happy. He goes above and beyond for the customer. He does try sell you the most expensive item. You can trust him to give you his honest personal and professional opinion on an item and is always happy to help people

Terrible terrible airline

Terrible terrible airline. When booking 10kg was included but when at the airport it wasn’t on our booking. We had to pay last minute on the two airports on our way over and then another two airports in the way home. I almost didn’t have enough money to bring my luggage back. The reference numbers do not work on the airplane app for instance our first flight was with Ryanair but the reference number Kiwi gave did not work on the Ryanair app so we couldn’t even add the luggage for a cheaper price. There is no way to contact Kiwi either. It is a complete scam. Airlines at the airport also say Kiwi is a scam and that some people pay for their flights through Kiwi and go to the airport to see no flights on their booking. This company needs to be shut down!

Very very bad customer service and no refunds!!!

Very very bad customer service. Their website does not allow you to make a return label within the time frame so you don’t get your money back if you don’t like your order. A COMPLETE SCAM. I have been ordering off them for years but never again. Be careful what you order make sure it’s worth it. Also was paying express delivery just to wait almost two weeks for my order. The contacting system through Facebook is only robots so matter how much proof you send you still get the copy and paste answer. Disgrace of a company and a complete scam. I expected so much more respect from them than

Petstop is amazing and so reliable! I have ordered from here a few times and will be continuing to order from them because there products are amazing and I always receive my packages the next day! The prices are so good and the quality is amazing. Great for when you are in a rush for something and also for everything else. My first package was a really big one and I still received it the next day. Absolutely brilliant. A little suggestion would be to get an app as I love this shop so having it handy on my phone would be great! My favourite pet shop. Thank you for everything 🐶❤️

Do not buy! You will not get a refund!!

Do not order off here unless you definitely won’t be returning it because you won’t get a refund! I returned a jumper for €52 euro two months ago and I still haven’t got a refund after a lot of times contacting them. They now say that it’s my problem to try get the package back from wherever it is and return it again! Jd really do not look after their customers and all they look for is more money. Extremely unacceptable!!

Waiting 2 months for refund

The staff are very polite and helpful but I still didn’t receive my refund after 2 months. Sizing isn’t accurate at all.

Never received refund after 2 months

I returned an item 2 months ago and still have not got my refund payment. I have been in contacts twice through email and phone and by phone the girl was very rude telling me to just wait because of brexit. This is absolutely ridiculous. It has been 2 months! If you buy something off here don’t return it cause you won’t see the product or your money again.

2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND AND NO ONE REPLIES TO EMAILS

Great clothes and great deals but one of my orders got delivered 2 weeks ago without one item saying it was out of stock and that I should get my refund within 5 days but it's now been 2 weeks and I still haven't got it. I emailed 5 times now and still no reply.

Fast shipping and perfectly fitting denim skirt

Shipping was very fast considering the covid 19 circumstances. I ordered the things on the 19th of May and I got it today on the 24th which has been the fastest thing delivered that I ordered during covid 19. I ordered a denim skirt with belt. I'm normally a size 8 but I got size 8 cause I don't like them too bagy and once you pull it over your hips it fits perfectly. Kind of a struggle to get off but it was definitely better then getting my normal size. It isn't too short or baggy and makes you look really thin. Also ordered a sparkly playsuit I got a size small and in 5f 6. It also fits perfectly.

Rude staff. Order NOT delivered!!

I ordered shoes over a week ago on the 9th of May (it is not the 16th) and they still have not arrived. They were suppose to arrive last friday but still nothing. I have been ringing to complain for the past 3 days and everyday i was told they same, that they would arrive the day after. They said that they know where my address is but there was another problem they do not know about. This is TERRIBLE customer service and i would not recommend anyone to order online delivery. They are extremely unhelpful and can not seem to solve any problem that faces them. I have simply ordered a pair of shoes for 70 euro and they cant even give me an explanation as to why i am not receiving my item. They stated they know where my address is yet i had the nightline delivery man 'séan' on the phone to me today speaking very rudely saying he is in the area yet it was the wrong address he was at. Once i told him he was at the wrong address he very rudely said that it was the address put down but it wasn't as i also gave 2 numbers AND my eircode and i was also told multiply of times that they know where my address is. This customer servive is UNACCEPTABLE and i still have not received my order. I will never be ordered from this store in the future and would highly recommend anyone to go elsewhere if they want their order delivered.
