Laptop in as new condition, works perfectly, arrived in one day. Very pleased, would use again

Decided to give these guys another chance (really messed me about a few years ago) and insured my washing machine and tumble dryer for breakdowns. Found a fault with my washing machine today so logged in to register a repair online. Repeatedly kept giving me an ERROR everytime I tried to conitue and states: Give us a call on

Calls cost the standard UK landline rate. Lines open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8:30am-4:30pm, Sun 9:30am-3:30pm.

Well, it's 15:47 on a Saturday, I have repeatedly tried to call the number during office hours and I am told they are unable to answer my call and to register the repair online instead. The magic circle of NEVER being able to book a repair.
WHY, WHY DID I BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, I SHOULD HAVE LEARNT THE FIRST TIME.
If anyone from Domestic & General is reading this review, please SORT YOUR COMPANY OUT. I will be cancelling both my policies as soon as you bother to pay someone to either fix your website or answer your phones to customers. You know, the people that GIVE you money each month to provide a service.

BBC news is now beyond a joke. It simply cannot be relied upon to offer factual or impartial reporting, instead choosing to offer a false narative and push an agenda. Puppets of the government, if you want your head filled with utter nonsense or reports that gloss around facts, then watch BBC news. S*y news is also terrible.

As others have stated DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to order tyres. They are EU based and tyres will be sent from God knows where, it's just NOT WORTH THE SAVING. The delivery date is fictional and the tracking is rubbish. Three weeks since ordering and I still have no idea when I am going to receive the items I paid for. I used PayPal so if I do not receive them soon I will be using the dispute resolution. Please GO ELSEWHERE

I already have had two policies with Many Pets, one current and so when we took on a new rescue I knew Many Pets was my preferred provider. This is with good reason. We have had to claim in the past, significant sums on both our pets and on all occasions the process of registering a claim is super simple online, no silly paper documents to fax, email or send in the post. Further, Many Pets have never refused to pay a claim. When times are difficult and your pets life hangs in the balance, the last thing you need is an overly complicated claims process and a difficult insurance company picking apart every aspect of the claim. For that reason Many Pets is my preferred insurer. Finally, when my dog Rocky passed away suddenly after a very short illness Many Pets showed so much empathy and care. It makes a difference.

You cannot rate a car sales company on how nice they were when you bought the vehicle, you can only rate them on how they are when something goes wrong, and that is what happened with me. Unfortunately shortly after purchasing my car it had a fault. This wasn't something that could have been predicted, it is simply something that happens. Simon was very good and ultimately the car was repaired under warranty. Then another fault with the car, this time not covered by warranty. However, Simon once again was excellent and arranged to cover the cost of the repair direct with the garage. It's never nice when something goes wrong, or is wrong with a used car, but knowing that the garage it is purchased from are professional and are very helpful in getting the car fixed is what matters, and in this respect Hearty's of Peterborough and Simon cannot be faulted. That is why I say unreservedly I would have zero hestitaion in purchasing another vehicle from them.

So far so good, but then I have not tried to claim. The real test is if i ever need to claim, how that is dealt with

Autotrader is good for selling used cars and they have the lions share of the used car market, so take the p*** with their prices to advertise. Other than the extortionate pricing its good.

So far nothing but good things to say Octopus. Of course, you only really know how a company is when things go wrong and how they deal with the issue(s). However as a customer I find their website very good, changing tariffs easy, advice is very good and prices are the lowest you'll find in the UK.

AO never let's me down. Forget the other place thats named after an Indian dish, nothing but issues. Ordered with AO Friday afternoon, had new laptop Saturday morning. Fantastic price too, look out for bargains.

Good communication, item arrived well protected and with no damage, which is always a worry when you're talking about vintage furniture. Carried to my room, I didn't even need to help. Would use again

Sally was so good after we found ourselves in the awful position of losing our little Rocky. She collected and returned in person, had empathy and kindness and included a little clay footprint, ink prints and hair cutting. She made a very difficult thing that little bit easier.

Fast delivery, had item I wanted. Communication was good.

So far so good, but we've never needed to claim. The real test is how well a claim is dealt with. I'd have to leave another review for that.

Friendly guys, called one hour before delivery, carried to room of choice and explained how to unpack.

My parcel arrived. That's a bonus.
