Very poor experience buying from this company, placed order mid June, paid and received invoice and waited for delivery date, a short while later I chased for a delivery update but received an apologetic email reply informing item was no longer available but I could have an alternative make by end of July or a refund. I needed a machine asap and I purchased as it was listed as available online with tools today and at a good price but with works pending it meant I could not wait over a month for an alternative and so I bought the item elsewhere once a refund had been given which was delivered next working day. A shame as first time using this company and maybe would have not given one star if I had been contacted about the no stock or availability but I had to chase to find this out which is not the kind of online purchasing I want so when invited to leave a review I can only give this score.

A great online buying experience, plenty of pre purchase advice received and flawlessly went from there to order and delivery with lots of updates and was just about as good as it gets with buying online. Everyone I spoke with or emailed from initial enquiry to meeting the delivery driver has been a pleasure to deal with and very customer aware, I would definitely recommend this company to all. The best quality garden storage building I have bought and I have bought many. From ordering online to the delivery was very easy, lots of pre purchase advice given and I have to say the item is just about bulletproof proof ! Another great buying experience

Great company to deal with. Read other reviews on here leaving negative feedback for late deliveries but once the goods have left Paint Direct they have no control over the courier. I had one deliver a day late but then things happen and courier can’t always account for delays on the roads. My experience has been great, ordered a few speciality paints to be mixed and from order to delivery has always been spot on, plenty of help, updates and great prices. Would def recommend to all.

Steve in sales has made my latest purchase a pleasant experience and the whole team I dealt with over the last few weeks from my initial enquiry on the phone to delivery have made it an easy decision to return. If you are looking for a no pressure, very customer aware dealership to find the right car for you then I would definitely recommend Harwoods Edenbridge.

Beware of cancellation charges when selling your vehicle. I sold my vehicle and was hit with big cancellation charges, I contacted customer services and got nowhere in trying to reduce the charges, I was informed that if I found another vehicle and reinsured with them then I would get a refund of the charges otherwise nothing could be done.( ah, so they can be waived then !!). I haven’t replaced my vehicle in the time frame to re insure so in my opinion it is another way for insurance brokers and companies to charge extortionate costs if they wish for a service that takes minutes to process, gone are the days of customer friendly companies who want to source a great deal to keep you a a loyal customer and not go elsewhere, todays culture is an attitude of “ that’s the price, take it or leave it and read the small print “ the actual response I received when asking if the charges could be looked at was “ no, you can either pay now, leave your direct debit to pay it or we hand it over to a debt collection service, which would you prefer ? “

Doesn’t make me want to use one Call Insurance again ! What a shame

I always take time to research a product and company before buying, especially online and trustpilot is a great platform for this.
I personally like the option to edit a review as this also gives the supplier a chance to rectify a problem, just because a supplier gets it wrong on occasions doesn’t mean it’s a bad company and I have edited my reviews on here in the past because the supplier did everything they could to put things right.I prefer Trustpilot compared to other similar platforms because it offers that fair approach, keep the customer safe and aware but also allow the supplier to show that they can also fall victim to false feedback in a compensation culture world, the verified review icon is also good to validate a genuine review.

Always receive my online order in good time and do appreciate the discount offers for buying in bulk. On the rare occasion that I have received an incorrect item, the customer services is excellent and all is sorted immediately. Would recommend to all and much better value than buying from one of the large superstores that charge big prices for similar products.

Really poor service, deliveries not arriving as per tracking advice, items of high value left on doorstep and not in a safe place as requested. I would not use by choice but had no option as sellers decided on the courier and this has happened on numerous occasions so is not a one off. I always try to allow room for error before reviewing but this time I have to leave a negative review as even the basics were missed on more than one delivery.

Perfect online buying experience, I am a very fussy customer and presented plenty of questions before and after delivery. The after sales care and follow up was above and beyond and shows what a genuine company this is to deal with, always a concern buying online especially when parting with a large sum of money but rest assured they are a great company to deal with and you will be in very safe hands.
