Placed order more than a week ago and heard nothing since. Called helpline today after 6 days and was told packing machine broke and orders delayed - why not let your customers know this? Poor customer service. Still no tracking information provided?! Absolute rubbish service - will never use again. We have looked into this for you and we can see that when you placed the order on the - 04.03.2026 we sent you an order acknowledgement email to the registered email address on your order stating - Estimated delivery date: Mon 16 Mar to Mon 30 Mar. We are still within these time frames, and your order is now showing as ready for picking in our warehouse.

Paid in full for 2 Michelin tyres, 4 days later, no email, no tracking provided. Called helpline and got some horrible AI robot which is really annoying. The Web chat is a total joke. AI, no human to speak to.Requested cancellation several times. Nobody replies. Some German owned Company. DO NOT BUY - you will never received your tyres.
I have placed many orders online from this retailer for premium tyres which are reasonably priced and are sent very quickly free of charge. Once an order is placed, an email is sent the next day usually with a tracking no. and tyres arrive via APC overnight very quickly. My latest purchase for 2 Michelin tyres arrived the next working day! Amazing service. Great joined up service with courier. Highly recommended.
My cat had a cut on front left paw due to an accident. She was treated at my vet (surgery) and I submitted claim on everypaw portal and within a few days of my vet replying to claim, I received email to say my claim was accepted minus the excess. Within a few days received funds in my bank account. Excellent service all round.

Purchased a Corona Solid Pine Bed Frame - Low Foot End bed frame - on opening boxes, the headboard was damaged/broken in half! Called their so called 'Customer Care Line' only to be told, we cannot exchange you need to place a need order and return original order. Difficult to hear agent as lots of Foreign people speaking in background loudly, so unprofessional. Placed new order and guess what? Headboard damaged again... You could not make this up! Shocking! Had enough and emailed CEO Robbie Feather and still no have no resolution, generic email responses only. Absolute crap customer service, I will never buy again as a long standing customer of Littlewoods. DO NOT USE this Online retailer as post sales does not exist. Order no.s 300002981521 & 300003663111
After a initial poor experience from this online retailer where I never received the delivery of my order on the day promised and as informed by SMS and email, I received a follow up email from the customer care team. They explained in detail why delivery was cancelled and offered a refund for delivery charge very quickly. Their customer care team listened to my feedback and acted on it. I am impressed with post sales service, hence changing my star rating. Thank you to Charlie and Jenny - much appreciated it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following the update about your delivery delay. We completely understand your frustration. Sadly, vehicle breakdown isn’t something we can predict, and rescheduling a route is always our very last resort.
While we don’t guarantee delivery dates, the vast majority of our deliveries arrive right on schedule. This was simply one of those rare occasions where things didn’t go as planned.
We’ve checked your order, and if you’d like to leave a signed and dated note with instructions for a safe place, the driver can follow that on the redelivery.
I have been using Halfords Autocentre in Woolwich, South East London for many years. Today I had an oil and filter change for my car and service I received from Dean and Karl and all the team is second to none. Both gentleman are always polite, helpful and friendly. I never have any issues with this garage and would highly recommend to other motorists.
I have been using this online pet shop for many years but recent service levels have been terrible due to the courier they use - Evri. Website and app no longer offer other courier options for some reason - in the past you could choose and I never selected Evri or Hermes as they used to be called. Courier always late or parcels go missing/cannot be traced. Made a formal complaint and a very efficient and customer centric Customer Care Manager named Gaetano, sorted all issues out efficiently and quickly. Zooplus you need to change your courier/partner as harming your reputation.

First time that I purchased a car from Cinch which I was searching and looking for ages on autotrader. I found the model and spec I really liked and thanks to Max North at Northampton, he secured the car for me and made it all happen keeping me constantly updated after an initial let down. Please pass all my sincere thanks to him. I had a few issues after delivery was made, e.g. faulty TPMS on one wheel but I contacted Cinch aftercare team and they booked appointment at my local Halfords and sort it all out quickly keeping me informed throughout. Also the original battery was draining very quickly, so I replaced the battery with a brand new one and fitted it myself as it was the festive period and did not want to wait. Cinch very kindly gave me a full refund for the battery with no quibbles after I provided a invoice/receipt. Excellent aftercare service. I am really impressed with Cinch and will use again. Would definitely recommend. Much better experience than main car dealerships I used and bought in the past.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Placed order online to collect in my local Asda. Drove to collect order and it was not there! Called so called customer service who told me a load of bull and said due to system migration I had to wait another 48 hours - 1 week since placing order. Called again 2 days later to be told they didn't know where parcel is. Called again to cancel order and get full refund. No refund arrived and called for the 4th time to be told thrh have to email some other department. What kind of customer service is this? DO NOT USE. Unreliability, untrustworthy retailer that robs you off everytime you call. Order no. 136923791
Shocking customer service - some offshore call centre who cannot deal with any issue and fob customers off. Email sent to Graham Bell (CEO) deal with issues with promised refunds that never materialised, orders that never arrived and generally appalling customer service experience. Sort yourselves out, you are damaging your brands reputation. I will never buy from B@Q or B&Poo ever again. Makes my blood boil...arhhhh...
Rubbish, misleading service. I was at the SME Expo event at London Excel and an arrogant man promised me a great deal to return to Hello Fresh. I signed up as he told me and added payment card. Then following morning my subscription was cancelled as I was a customer 3 years or so ago. What a joke! Was specifically told by the arrogant man that all.would be fine at the exhibition- total lie. The main reason I left Hello Fresh in the first place. I don't trust this Company. Subscription no. 8954853

Ordered rubber boot mat for my Nissan Juke F15. Received OK but had a horrible rubber smell which I could not get rid off even though washed and left outside in sunshine for many days. Contacted seller who were very helpful and offered a free carpet replacement instead with no hassle. Really good communications. Excellent customer support/service. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.
This dealership bid on my car on Motorway. I rang and left several messages and they never bothered to return calls/messages. Got a call from a woman with a mens voice in the background to say they would collect my car on 02/03/2023 between 1 and 3pm and that I would get a call an hour before arrival. Nobody turned up, no email, no call, no message. Disgraceful service from these Jokers. They bid, won it but never fulfilled it and backed out with no explanation. DO NOT BUY from these con artists. Should be reported to trading standards. Untrustworthy dealer.
It was very easy to list my car on app and Carwow website. The following day I called to confirm vehicle details and it went to auction the next day. Got 3 offers but I did not get my reserve price. I decided to accept highest offer (only £300 difference from my reserve price) which was from a main Nissan Renault dealership. I uploaded all required docs and pictures the same day and then received a call from dealership within 10 mins to ask for my bank account details and arrange collection date. Excellent service! This was organised within 2 days and my car was collected the following week via a 3rd party vehicle collection Company. The dealership arranged payment within 2 hours of collection. A special thank you to Kieran from Carlisle Nissan Renault (dealership who bought my car) who was efficient, friendly and after contact was made. a pleasure to deal with. Would sell again via CarWow. Excellent service all round.

Listed my car on this platform after a 30-40 minute call going over my vehicle, documentation, etc. after submitting everything on the app. My car was listed on auction and sold to Car Planet in Watford. I uploaded my docs and V5C to motorway and dealer who bid and won did not contact me for 2 days. I called several times and left messages - nobody bothered to return my call. Then at last minute I got call from Car Planet who stated that the vehicle would be collected on Sat 2nd March between 1-3pm and that I would get a call 1 hour before arrival. Guess what? Nobody turned up, no call, no text, no email. Called and left several messages but no response. Shocking service. Called Motorway on same day and was told, sorry that department does not work on Saturday - call back on Monday. They wasted my time and money as car was sitting on driveway loosing money. Then I got a response by email on Monday giving no reason why dealer who bid and won bid never turned up. Absolutely disgraceul service. Unreliable. Was told that they could offer to 2nd highest bidder, I said, forget it. You wasted enough of my time. Listed through CarWow instead and had a completely opposite experience and sold my car for more or less same price, got collected as promised and paid as promised. DO NOT USE Motorway as they do not vet their dealers properly and waste customer times. Should be giving customers compensation for wasting time and effort. Registration no. K777 PWR.

We did ask during your initial call if you had the correct documents for your vehicle and you stated that as it was on a private plate the plate would be retained. We ask this question and ensure you are aware how to retain your Private Plate as delays in providing documents post sale, causes delays and in the worst case scenario cancellations.
You received an offer on the 19/02, however your V5c was not provided until the 26/02. The buyer then had 2 working days to make contact with you, and collection should take place within 7-10 working days after your documents have been confirmed.
It is regrettable that the dealer's cancellation of your sale due to the delay in obtaining your documents was not communicated to you by them, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Motorway investigates and records all claims of misconduct. We also have a robust purchase-monitoring scheme to ensure our dealerships meet the standards we expect of them. We have referred this case to our Dealership Management Team, and we will be monitoring the buyer’s future purchases for any sign of repeat issues.
Where any concerning or corroborating patterns emerge that do not meet our standards, any buyer’s position on the platform may be reviewed immediately.
Once we were aware the sale had been cancelled we did offer you options, however you made the decision to sell elsewhere.

Awful vets and staff with no sympathy whatsoever. I have been with this practice for over 10 years. Hardly ever need them apart from annual vaccinations when my beautiful cat became ill, they mis-diagnosed my cats condition and my beautiful girl died after 3 months since visiting this vet on Welling. My cat was vomiting and I called and booked appointment, was charged a fortune and condition did not improve. We were told blood tests are clear?! Vet said due to 3 teeth that needed extracting. We followed advice and my cat was still not well. Took to see my cat on 12th August as she stopped eating and lost weigh. Vet (Marya) was rubbish and said that needs an ultrasound. However the only person who did ultrasound was on a 'long holiday'. Referred me to Park Vets (some other vet in Sidcup) who wanted £700! I told then are you joking me, how can people afford this??? Waited more than 2 weeks to finally get an appointment by which time my cat deteriorated significantly and was suffering and dying. My cat was dying, shaking her head, fitting and could not stand up and I called on same day to be told 'we are fully booked, sorry'. This is an absolute disgrace. It was the most distressing feeling and sight. All they want is your money, they do not care about your beloved pets. DO NOT USE whatsoever.
Tried to book delivery online, website kept crashing and could not print shipping labels. Impossible to speak to a human being. Got charged 3 times!! Parcel never arrived on time and presume lost. Contacted CEO, Ian Wilson, and got reply for another person who has not done anything really. Keep getting fobed off and still no parcel for a week. Paid for next day delivery. Absolutely shocking service. I will never ever use again.
Got best quote online for my phone which had a broken screen. Received prepaid label, posted on Monday and received money in my bank account on Wednesday. Received exactly what I was quoted. Very simple transaction. Highly recommended.
This courier is an absolute joke. They lie to say they attempted delivery where I have CCTV all around my house and no-one has attempted delivery. Rude call centre staff. Unreliable courier - DO NOT USE. Delivery due today never arrived. Issues with Maidstone depot again! Surprise, surprise?! Guess what Covid-19 to blame. NEVER use this courier as the are totally crap. Don't touch with a bargepole.
