I endeavoured to renew my Better membership online for Kings Hall Leisure Centre, Hackney, but to no avail.
I was receiving a message both via website and mobile app, as follows:
'Unable to manage your membership at this time.'
Therefore, I sent an email to Better Customer Services explaining the above.
In very good time, I was very delighted to received a reply from Natasha confirming that my Adult Senior Res membership have been renewed to 27 Feb 2027....absolutely FAN-TAS-TIC!!

I had a truly A-MAZ-ING time with my family at the restaurant. The Sunday Roast meal was absolutely divine.

My family and I would like to give a HUGE "THANK YOU" to Koshita in particular, and her fellow colleagues, whom all served us so remarkably well during the afternoon.

We received a very helpful, friendly and warm customer service...100%!!

In addition, I received a very delicious 'Happy Birthday' sponge cake, which was a wonderful surprise, beautifully presented and very scrumptious indeed.

The atmosphere and design was so cosy and comfortable, coupled with splendid singing from a live performer.

As for myself being a first visitor, I will definitely be back!! (Smile).

Unfortunately, one arm (temple) had broken of my specs and I visited my local Specsavers.

Regrettably, the arm was irreparable and I was told I would need a complete new frame. Therefore, to avoid my glasses being taken in, the assistant endeavour to look for a similar shaped frame on 'display' and replace on site, whilst I waited. One word - SUCCESS!!

I was truly grateful to be leaving Specsavers wearing a pair of 'two' armed specs!!

Yes indeed, I had to pay for my new frame, which will teach me to be more careful next time!!

My Washer/Dryer, which I had for 16 years, started to pack up in August 2021, Following three 'engineers' attempts to repair it, under my insurance policy, it was to no avail. Sadly, my machine had done it's time and was irreparable.

Feeling truly blessed to have taken the initiative to cover my appliances, as appropriate, with Domestic & General, I now owned a brand new Washer/Dryer! I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank You." What a wonderful service I received from McClure Solicitor during the Covid-19 lockdown.

All forms of communication was on point, including a Zoom/Whatsapp video meetings. There were no delays in email replies also.

McClure Solicitors operated in a manner that you would only expect pre Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, amidst government guidelines/restrictions, etc. the service continued to maintain their professionalism albeit minor delays, understandably.

Ultimately, I am delighted with my 'Will' plan, which arrived very well presented and bound in the post.

I was truly impressed with all aspects of this wonderful delivery service and of course the juices, etc.

Receiving texts with updates of transit, estimated time of delivery was all on point. No delays!!
