Terrible management company from a leaseholder point of view. Sent us details of another leaseholder's property and complete nonsense when there was an audit recently - we have no idea what the accounts are, whether we owe or are owed money and whether they are ever going to do any maintenance on our property as requested. They have been in charge of the management of our freehold for a year and a half. We managed to get the gutters cleaned and that's about it.

Octopus is straightforward and honest, I never thought I'd feel this way about an energy provider!

The service was speedy and efficient and the staff member was helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

This is a no frills gym. It's fine but things have lapsed on the cleanliness front. Not enough wipes for the machines (blue roll and slray would be fine). There's a toilet in the ladies that has been broken since before it was an energie franchise. It's all a bit depressing really.

Just moved into our new home with Simpsons Domestic removals. Could not be more pleased with the speed and professionalism of Alex and Andrej. Absolutely astonished at their care and attention and good humour, especially as we were still packing when they turned up! Thank you so so much guys. Everyone in the office was great too!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I would give zero stars if I could. It was all fine when I initially switched in my old property but then I moved house and they didn't respond to my switching request and continued charging me for the old property. They continued to take money from my bank account (I thought they'd get round to the address change). I emailed them countless times and received no response when it was impossible to phone them (not sure if their entire customer service staff had disappeared or they had just taken the phone off the hook) and when I finally got to speak to then were extremely slow to refund my money when I finally got so enraged I didn't want to deal with them any more. They still apparently owe me money (or haven't calculated my final bill properly) and are now hounding me for money that I don't owe them as I moved out six months ago (which they know). Absolutely appalling service with a snarl.

When I ordered the packet it came quickly and the instructions were easy to understand. I thought my device may have been water damaged and was given a low quote but it turns out it wasn't and o2 gave me a higher price. Overall a very happy bunny!
