I changed to Dial Direct because they…offered a competitive price.
I changed to Dial Direct because they had a very competitive price to what my renewal was. I made a mistake on the amount of years I'd been driving so contacted them by phone and they changed it for me and refunded me the £10 difference the change made.
Easy to contact, very pleasant on phone, so far so good.
