A big thank you to Bethan and Claire. I ordered some orchid bark and a couple of plants, all the plants were healthy and carefully packed. I would definitely recommend them and the website offers plenty of interesting plants to order.
I ordered a few shrubs from Ashwood Nurseries, the plants arrived via courier in very secure packaging. The plants look healthy and had useful growing instructions provided as well. Highly recommended, I would definitely buy from them again.
A big thank you to everyone at Guitar Village. I brought a Fender Stratocaster from them online. The guitar is great, just what I was looking for. Securely packed and delivered by UPS, which always helps as I they rarely let you down. When I consider my next purchase, Guitar Village will be top of the list. We ordered a two seater sofa in November 2021 with a promised delivery scheduled for the first week in April 2022. I chased up the local retailer where we placed order at the end of March 2022 only to be informed that there was a delay and that the revised delivery date would be the first week of May. At the end of April I was told that materials weren’t available so the new delivery date would be early June 2022. I sure by now if you’re still reading this that it comes as no surprise that they revised the delivery date yet again to July. At this point I cancelled the order with a full refund. I have now placed an order with HSL for a much better sofa than the one Parker Knoll are offering, and at a better price. How I wish we’d gone there in the first place. Parker Knoll need to wake up as the competition are definitely taking advantage of the poor delivery and quality reviews online. You’ve been warned, if you don’t mind not having a genuine delivery date and are prepared to wait for over eight months for delivery, fine.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for the delays you’ve experienced and any inconvenience this has caused. Please be assured that our customers do remain incredibly important to us during these challenging times.
We recognise lead times are longer than usual, and this is due to the unprecedented increase in demand for furniture. Additionally, constantly changing external factors at the moment are contributing to further delays, to not only our company but many of our suppliers. These issues have been industry-wide, and your retailer should have been fully appraised with the details.
We are keeping retailers and customers updated to the best of our ability when we receive any information regarding fabric and raw material shortages. As I'm sure you can understand these factors are out of our control and we are only able to update on individual orders as and when the delays are notified to us.
Once again, we are extremely sorry for the delays you’ve experienced and that you decided to cancel your order.
I requested a few samples via the website. Communication via email was very good keeping me informed about progress of the samples being delivered. Samples arrived a few days later, I was able to choose the best match and placed an order for a two seater sofa the following day. I look forward to the delivery day, currently around twenty weeks away.

We are pleased to hear you were happy with our sample service and your samples arrived promptly.
A great pair of boots for country walks, gardening etc. Super quick delivery, placed order on Friday, delivered on Sunday. I have tried other brands, but keep coming back to Hunter.
No response to e-mails and I have yet to speak to anyone in their call centre because they never answer the phone ( on hold for over fifty minutes on three occasions, so I gave up). I am waiting for a credit to be paid into my bank account, although having seen the comments other people have left on the site I am not very hopeful. If I could give no stars I would, absolutely awful.
