Delivery was prompt and was able to use paint as per my project schedule.
Paint application was easy, I do like water based paints as they give off little smell.
Finish was good with knot coverage better than expected. Gloss finish was not as shiny as expected but still satisfactory.

Overall a satisfactory experience, although we found arrival a little confusion. Maybe some improved signage would help.
Return experience with collection of key on the bus was good, speeding the whole process.

Have used Puffin previously so had no hesitation in using them again. On that occasion provided excellent support when needed.

The purchase of a knitted garment turned out tobe a cheap print on a swearshirt and of dubious size.
After much email traffic, yes they did respond, I was offered 15% refund which increased in increments to 50%. They would not offer more, but the good news was it was refunded. Yes, I am out of pocket but have learnt a valuable lesson on putting trust into what was initial thought to be a UK (London) based shop.
If I could have given zero I would have, but maybe they deserve 1 for eventually making a refund.

Plants were as ordered. As a lucky dip quite happy with selection and colours. The only downside was a number of the new buds were broken. A review of packaging methods is required.

Looking for parking space near Twickenham Stadium and came across this facility. Booking was straight forward and finding location easy, notwithstanding traffic congestion around Twickenham Green. Leaving was equally straight forward. Would use again if travelling to a match at the Stadium.

Had product I needed at a very acceptable price. Also had some other items to help with decorating project.

Took out a policy and due to accident to one of the named drivers it was necessary to add a further driver. This was completed via the on line "chat" facility. When a similar exercise was necessary to reflect a new vehicle change the fee required was very high, especially compared to starting a be policy. Ended up terminating the initial policy and taking out a new one.
Experience throughout was generally very satisfactory and am pleased with the assistance provided in the "chat"room.

Very efficient and pleasant telephone purchase experience. Still had my details from a previous purchase back in 2012 so made it all the more speedy.

A straight forward process to send some money to Australia. The added security checks were explained carefully and understandably necessary. From that point the transfer proceeded quickly.
The only downside was the very long wait on the telephone, but at this time not unexpected. The use of the on-line chat facility was much better and resulted in the advisor setting up a call back to cover the security checks.

Having completed a study of the various types/sizes of chainsaw for use as a general purpose garden and light duty application I initially opted for one made by Husqvarna. However a telephone conversation with a staff member at Abby Garden Sales suggested the Garmec MT4100S was a good alternative and was available from stock whereas the Husqvarna was on a small delay. It also came with an additional years warranty, a useful bonus.
Up to this point sales support has been very good. Order placed and chainsaw and suitable clothing arrived as scheduled.

This is where support has deteriorated. The clothing supplied whilst adequate was not the one ordered in the first instance. E-mails to Abby Garden seem to go unanswered, even one in response to the mail direct from the sales person I spoke to on the phone.
I am still awaiting information on how to register for the extended warranty.
Assembly of the chainsaw was ok, but the supplied tool (combined spanner -screwdriver) was completely useless when wanting to adjust the tension on the chain support bar. Using a regular screwdriver was required.
So far I have no complaints in using the saw; it starts easily and is light to carry and use.
