Ordered four tyres on 12th March, after MUCH chasing they say they will be delivered on 1st April, despite claiming on their website that "The normal delivery time for an existing order is 5 to 8 working days. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within 5 working days."

Customer service is an AI on the end of a telephone and a chatbot on their website, neither of which give any access to a human operator.

Utterly abysmal.

Company is great and very helpful

Company is great and very helpful. Decent prices, good parts. Sadly let down by their delivery courier (who have let me down with deliveries from other suppliers as well) but Parts in Motion excelled themselves in sorting this out.

Excellent

Excellent. Carefully planned, taking into account what we wanted from a holiday. And the holiday itself was memorable in every possible way.

Highly recommended. These people will treat you very well.

Flowers died within a week.

Flowers arrived in a cardboard box, were dry and wilted. They die entirely within 6 days. Serenata promised a replacement bunch but never sent it.

I cannot recommend this company.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Blocked or closed my account repeatedly due to errors on their end and have to spend between 30 minutes and 2 days (yes, 2 days) sorting it out each time.

Go elsewhere. This is abysmal service.

Took 8 weeks to deliver!

Ordered an item as a present, so arrival had to be within a certain timeframe. We heard nothing from the recipient and didn't want to ask, but 8 weeks later we mentioned it in conversation and it turned out that the item had never arrived.

Raised it with Crocus and it mysteriously arrived 2 days later, strongly suggesting that it had simply been forgotten. When challenged, they said 'we've been very busy as it's been spring'.

Won't be using them again.

Strongly not recommended - deceitful practice.

Beware both delivery and the buy-back system.

- Delivery is 'Just In Time' i.e. late enough to get you worried.

- They claim to offer 'the prevailing rate on the day' for buy-back but this rate is dramatically below their publicised rate, which is deceitful.

We will not be using them again.

Screwfix Bow

Screwfix Bow. Shockingly rude and unhelpful service from staff, long queues. This used to be quite a good store but it's gone badly downhill in the last 3 years. Avoid.

Excellent.

Grabex are, simply put, the best window company in London at the moment. Very reasonable prices, high quality products, excellent fitting service, polite and courteous at all times.
