Have to cancel over the phone but very helpful and took no longer than 15 minutes.

Only reason I cancelled the subscription was to save money, a nice idea if you want to try beers you wouldn't get to try otherwise!

Very happy with purchase, had issues activating my Windows Pro edition and customer service were happy to remote onto my PC and sort the issue for me. Very pleased!

I don't have any complaints with my recent experience with Yodel, I received regular updates on when my parcel would arrive. It arrived on time and the driver was friendly and polite (If I had any criticism it would have been nice if the courier was wearing a mask because of COVID-19)

Just the right amount of firmness! Wasn’t sure if it was going to be too firm initially but I was wrong. I recommend waiting at least a few hours to let your memory foam mattress expand; I waited around 10-12, Simba recommends 3-5 but if you look online you will get varied answers. Woke up feeling fresh, which had been the first time in years

Probably my favourite courier service. Fast, reliable and have experienced no problems with them. Unlike other courier services, Hermes will try and leave your parcel with a neighbour instead of returning it back to the sender which can be very tedious.

This is the worst parcel service I have ever used by far. To begin with I wanted to change the delivery address of my parcel, because my parcel had already been dispatched the driver had told me he would send it back to the depot and I could then change my address or pick it up from the depot, which was absolutely fine. When going on the Yodel website to track my parcel I am informed that my parcel has already been delivered yet my delivery is incomplete which doesn't make any sense to me. The Webchat is never available and for some reason the only email address I could find relating to customer service is based in US. I eventually tried calling their telephone Customer service helpline (which by the way charges you) and after entering my postcode and tracking number I have been informed the tracking number doesn't exist. So now I have no parcel with no clue as to how I can locate it and I have been charged from a customer service helpline which didn't even put me through to an adviser. Completely useless!

Quick delivery, cheap and tastes good! Especially the brownie flavour one.
