Just an update regarding DORMEO...They pretend in their trustpilot replies that they are anxious to help...This is total nonsense..l have spoken to them at length on the telephone and they simply refer to the previous claptrap of demanding all sorts of measurements and extra photos of the failed topper...They are a TOTAL waste of time and energy...Steer well clear folks!!

Sorry to hear you may have a fault with the topper. We asked for images in order to be able to assess the fault claim. If you cannot supply images, you can arrange for a home inspection with a mattress specialist.

After my recent trustpilot review of my nightmare dealings with Dormeo....they all of a sudden wanted details !!...l have spoken to them AGAIN on the telephone today which was another waste if time, as they are still asking for the same additional photos which is ridiculous... I have been in touch with the citizens advice office who know of Dormeo very well...They have advised me to issue a County court summons against Dormeo which l am going to do...l would advise anyone to steer clear of Dormeo, they are hopeless...

Absolute rubbish...The mattress topper split in half and Dormeo's warranty isn't worth a thing ... They continually ask for different photos of the topper the mattress, measurements, etc etc...hoping you will go away... DO NOT buy anything from this cowboy outfit...you'll regret it if you do !

Awful customer service ...trying to wriggle out of a genuine warranty claim. This topper split in half and is absolutely useless...After jumping through various hoops, we eventually spoke to an "advisor" who instructed us to take various photographs which we did...They then asked for more....We are disabled pensioners and found it extremely difficult to keep removing the bedding and mattress again and again.... This is clearly designed to wear you down so you give up your warranty claim... Once they have your money, they are NOT interested....DO NOT fall for buying anything from this awful company...you'll regret it..

Disgusting customer care...l bought 2 Saphe mini speed camera detectors and NOBODY at the desk told me that within 24 hrs there would be a black Friday event where l could have saved around £12. As a disabled pensioner, l don't notice things like these promotions and feel that your sales person should have told me about this as every penny counts to pensioners...I'll never shop at Halfords again. Just bought 2 Saphe mini's from Halfords... Easy to set up and so far seem to work great ! It is easy to miss a speed camera if you are mistakenly slightly over the limit, so this litte box could potentially save you a big fine and points on your license...I'm not sure if it can be used without the app switched on though ?.... You do obviously have to have your phone in the car at all times when using it.

The Saphe can work with the app switched off or another app open, but it has to be connected to the app on your phone, and the phone needs to be with you. 😄

Absolute ripoff... l was charged £475 for 2 tyres Kwikfit Blackpool...£40 extra for tyre insurance l didn't ask for, and £26 for rear wheel alignment l didn't ask for...plus a scandalous £37 just for FITTING the 2 tyres which l later found were a lot more expensive than any where else....l demanded a refund for the so called tyre insurance and rear alignment, and this was reluctantly given, but they refused to refund the tyre fitting charge, even though it wasnt mentioned beforehand...When they quote the price of the tyres they don't tell you about ANY of the hidden add ons ...They should be ashamed of themselves l am a disabled pensioner........ Never again...
