Ordered tyres 3 weeks ago and they have still not arrived. Rang customer service and they said that they are on the way from germany, by horse I expect... given an arrival date of yesterday but customer service said they would be another week at least.

Received extractor fan and it was faulty. Emailed to determine what to do over a week ago and still have not received a reply.

Great service from the recovery people

Great service from the recovery people. Made a hard experience, being stuck at the side of the road, a lot easier. The recovery man gave us a lift to our local garage and was really friendly and helpful.

Worst COMPANY EVER!

At the end of my 1 year deal they moved me onto a new contract with out notification with a £1.30 daily charge.. my old bill was never over £40, now it's nearer £70. They will not let me cancel as it's a year contract, that I never signed up to. Scammed!! Never sign up with them.
