Brought a replacement shower bar arrived the next day! And was fitted but there was a leak thermostat side

Melia reps were annoying and inappropriate selling the Circle brand
A refurbished hotel with good and bad, the Reserve pool area was awful in our opinion and not worth the upgrade. Also no shop at the hotel and a good walk to the local shops.

Have used Jet 2 many times and always find the service excellent from initial booking to returning home
