Fantastic customer service. Very clear and helpful and patient. I was in a bit of a model over all of my supplies but the woman I spoke to was seriously patient and kind. It makes such a difference when you get service like this I don’t know why other companies can’t do it.!

Harry was fabulous at organising our girls trip to Tignes. We had a few changes along the way and he patiently handled them and was charming throughout. The holiday surpassed our expectations in terms of quality and value for money. Will definitely book with him again.

great process very fast and easy.

Viloshin Govinder was superb on the phone. He was clear and patient and helpful. He really understood our issues and was a pleasure to deal with. It is very rare that someone who calls about a service is so helpful and enjoyable to engage with.

However the day for installation came and a) no engineer to do the change - just a box in the post. And no booster - we were told we would get booster for large house and now after 3 hrs on phone trying to sort this out I hear that the package we were sold does not come with boosters so I have to get some or return everything.

I am BEYOND disappointed and have been misold and now need to investigate what to do about this.

i ordered some A3 copies of a ski piste map. unfortunately they are illegible. perhaps you should have said this won't blow up legibly and told me not to bother. waste of money

My book did not arrive over a month later and as a result I had to drop out of My Greek course because I needed the book to be able to do the course. The course cost me £180 and there was nowhere else I could get this bloody book. I have asked for a refund and now I’m going to have to check whether that money has been returned to me
