Hired a car from Centauro at Malaga Airport in Spain through Zest. After a number of negative experiences with car rental in recent years, this one proved to be very positive. The car was in excellent condition and the cost very reasonable. Transfers to and from the rental location were fast and efficient and communication from Zest was very good.

Have been using this company for a number of years and recently had to make a claim owing to a car hire company (Sixt) being disingenuous at best. Would have given 5 stars if the processing time (9 weeks) had been faster and if the communication had been better, but the claims process itself was very straightforward and the claim was paid in full without quibbles. Will certainly continue to use iCarhireinsurance!

Good quality carpet, delivered swiftly and at a competitive price, all backed up by sound customer service. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the kerbside-only delivery service offered by their courier company is rather inconvenient, although in fairness this matter was communicated beforehand. I would certainly use Desiger Carpet again and am happy to recommend them.

I went with Sixt as I thought they were one of the more reputable car rental companies, but only wish I had looked at the many terrible reviews beforehand. These suggest that scamming their customers is part of Sixt's business model, where staff are probably financially rewarded for extracting additional charges, even by unscrupulous means. I hired a car at Kefalonia airport which had a number of superficial scratches. When I returned the vehicle, I was blamed for causing two of them - each around 2cm long. Unfortunately I had no way of disproving their claim, although I rather suspect the staff had already decided that the car would have some additional scratches the very moment I picked it up! Even giving Sixt the benefit of the doubt, such scratches can be removed in 5 minutes with a spot of T-Cut, so their subsequent EUR 380 repair charge is totally outrageous and actually amounts to theft! Interesting and surely no coincidence that another reviewer below had exactly the same experience with Sixt in Kefalonia just one day later ...

I had 3 failed collections, having waited at home for 12 hours on each occasion. There was no proactive follow-up from Parcel2Go, or any attempt to discover why my parcels were not being collected. It's also impossible to speak to anyone when things go wrong, with Live Chat being the only possible form of direct communication with the company. Gave up in the end and got a refund. Avoid at all costs!

I recently signed up to Simple Telecommunications on behalf of my elderly mother and have found them incredibly easy to deal with, especially after previously battling with a couple of the larger telecoms companies and their dire call centres. Everyone I have spoken to at Simple Telecommunications has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have answered my calls promptly and have kept their promises. My mother has now been online for a couple of weeks and so far everything works perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had a good experience with this company - from customer service to delivery, everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nice furniture as well!

I recently bought an AEG fridge freezer and arranged for a handyman to install it a few weeks after delivery. It transpired that some parts were missing - six small hinges and a couple of pieces of plastic. This was inconvenient as the handyman was unable to complete the job - but these things happen.
Without even apologising, AEG Customer Care insisted that because I had not raised the matter within 7 days of taking delivery of the appliance, I would have to BUY the missing parts. To add insult to injury these parts are sold at hugely inflated prices (£42 for a few tiny pieces of metal and plastic!!).
This is clearly great business for the company - at least in the short term - but I for one will be replacing my 5 AEG appliances with products from a company which does not swindle its customers!
