We bought a KuKoo Magic Corner Pull Out Kitchen Cupboard from MonsterShop via B&Q.
It arrived within reason time but had a bend drawer - they have since sent one incorrect drawer (after sending a photo of the exact drawer) and I’ve spend the last month chasing the replacement of the replacement … I’ve since contacted B&Q customer service to which they emailed the seller and then haven’t even paid attention to this message as I had the same automated response as last time.. total incompetence!!!! Don’t buy something from B&Q that involves a 3rd Party, because if something is wrong all you will get is them to send emails as they don’t have direct contact with their suppliers.. we bought it through B&Q for the piece of mind hahahah what a joke!!
