AVOID scam

AVOID, I got suckered into the £39 subscription. Tried to use the email termination, but couldn’t recognise my email address even though it was the one I logged in with.

Had to call them, and though they answered quickly, the operator was insistent that I was the one in the wrong and it was clear in their website. Reading their reviews there must be a lot of blind people out there.

Operator cancelled my “subscription” without so much of an apology and refused to refund.

I wish I read these reviews before I was suckered in by this low price for a one of report.

After this trial period, the subscription continues at £39 per month unless cancelled. These details are clearly displayed on the pricing page, during checkout, and in the confirmation email sent after purchase. Subscriptions are not activated without prior disclosure.
