Responder at FoneTool : Megan Z.
My background : retired software engineer.
Reported a problem regarding a connection problem to FoneTool server (firmware list).
Fast first response to my problem reporting.
I was instructed to try some relevant actions to see if the problem was solved and report back to FoneTool support.
The actions did not solve my problem which I reported back.
After a while Megan Z reported that the server had been optimised and i should try again.
And the optimisation solved my problem and I was able to perform my iOS upgrade.
