Oplichters
Oplichters eerste klas. Via Sunny Cars bij dit bedrijf terecht gekomen en dan denk je dat alles wel goed geregeld is. Na een lekke band te hebben gehad werd ons medegedeeld alle bedragen van ons eigen risico vergoed te krijgen , meerdere malen nog naar gevraagd of dit het geval zou zijn. Ik hoefde me geen zorgen te maken. Bij thuiskomst alleen maar ellende ervaren met dit bedrijf. Totaal geen medewerking en geen gehoor geven aan de zaak. Met Sunny Cars afgesproken dat bij een volgende boeking we eerst informeren of de auto niet bij door dit bedrijf verhuurd wordt. Ik vind het niet eens 1 ster waard maar goed die keuze is er niet.

With this type of policy, your rental car agreement still includes an excess fee, which represents your maximum financial responsibility for the vehicle. In the event of any damage to the car, we will charge you for the repairs. You then submit a claim to Sunny Cars to be reimbursed for this charge.

Once you initiate the claim with them, we typically receive an email requesting these documents, which we send immediately.
