Philip (Phillipa) and Jezza (Jeremy) on customer service have got to be the most incompetent, rude and useless people I’ve ever interacted with. Would not refund me next day delivery costs when my items did not arrive the next day.

Being stupid I can tolerate but being so confidently rude about your stupidity is laughable.

I claimed them back from the bank who agreed and refunded me instead but what an absolute miserable w ⚓️ he is and phillipa just a useless office dolly 👍


Reply to merchant response: absolutely hilarious to be frank, I reciprocate the energy I receive, you made your stance on rudeness clear in your emails so far be it from me to rock the boat if that is your preferred tone of communication. It wasn’t a technical or a tracking issue, your product didn’t deliver the day I paid for delivery and you incorrectly refused to refund me, I was not impossible to help, all you had to do was your job, competently. N’awh I love you too! But I love my bank more 😘

All we can do is hope our readers of your review will form their own opinion and we look forward to welcoming anyone to contact us as we are always very happy to advise and assist with product information, technical advise or tracking issues. However, we don't appreciate rudeness and aggression. We also do not appreciate over familiarity and the derogatory use of our names from really offensive overly entitled spoilt individuals who are impossible to help, so if you are one of those, please stay away!!
