I do not recommend this service.
Don’t use this service. I have used their domain-related APIs, and they simply take an API and list it under different names. Their database is outdated and not refreshed regularly, so you won’t get any data for new domains. And if you do, the data is often incorrect. Personally, I do not recommend this service.

High-quality APIs and great customer support
Zyla’s APIs are well designed, easy to implement, and very reliable — a great solution for fast integration.
I had a small issue with a past subscription, and their support team reviewed the case and resolved it quickly and professionally.

Let’s get real for a second. You thought you were getting a great deal with those API trials, right? You paid for one, but the service was a total flop. So, you did the smart thing and deleted your accounts before the next billing cycle hit. But hold on—despite your efforts, they still managed to charge you again. And guess what? A month later, they’re at it again, trying to squeeze you for that subscription fee. No refund, no cancellation, just crickets.
Here’s a pro tip: don’t waste your time with this company. There are plenty of others out there that actually deliver the goods and won’t rip you off. Seriously, do yourself a favour and steer clear.

I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with our API Hub left a bad impression.
When you subscribe to an API with a 7-Day Free Trial, the subscription will automatically renew on the 7th day unless it is canceled before the trial ends. This works the same way as on most platforms that offer free trials. In your case, the subscription was not canceled in time through the website, and the system proceeded with the billing as expected.
When you reached out a few months later, informing us that the subscription was still being charged, we explained the cancellation process and even offered a refund for the last billed month. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, which led to another charge.
We believe this review is somewhat unfair, considering that all terms are clearly stated on the website and that we made every effort from our Customer Success team to help resolve the issue. However, we didn’t receive any further cooperation from your side.
If there’s anything we can still do to help, please let us know — we’re here to assist you.

Total scam that charges you even if you try to cancel the "trial" they will be shut down soon through lawsuits. Just read the other 1 star reviews and never put your card in. We're issuing a chargeback now

All APIs that offer a 7-Day Free Trial clearly state that the subscription will automatically begin on the seventh day unless canceled before the trial period ends. My experience with ZylaLabs’ refund…
My experience with ZylaLabs’ refund policy was frustrating at first but ultimately resolved. Their strict 24-hour refund rule felt unfair, especially as a student who canceled immediately after noticing the charge. Initially, they only offered credit, then a 50% refund after escalation. After multiple emails, they finally agreed to a full refund. While their responses were professional and timely, their rigid policy made the process difficult. In the end, I appreciated their willingness to reconsider, but the experience highlighted the need for a more flexible refund policy to prevent unnecessary stress for customers in similar situations.
