Great experience with 1st time purchase…
Great experience with 1st time purchase of Dhrubo Tea. I ordered on 03/07/2020 and it was delivered in the evening on 03.07.2020. it was great and unexpected. More surprising is that on 08.07.2020 your delivery personnel came to deliver same item against my previous order. I denied to accept the item as it was already delivered to me on 03.07.2020. this may be a systematic mistake from your end. Thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As per record I can check that, your order has been delivered on 4th July to your apartment Security Guard by our logistic partner Delhivery. Delivery took long time
Delivery took long time, might be due to Covid situation,
We ordered Fannings 1500(rs) KG price variety, the flavor of the tea was not as expected, hope the correct stock of leaf we have chosen has been send.
The leaf could be at-least packed in aluminium foil so that the flavor remains in-tact. The inside packing was damaged.
We are customer of Brand Dhruba for several years, this is probably the generation 2 which is assuming tea from them.
kindly help to match the expected flavor of the tea for online shopping same as direct shopping form kolkata outlet, which might help outsider to enjoy the Darjeeling tea.
