Back in May I bought a dino DNA for the first time for my son 5th birthday. We got all the pieces BUT NO DINO HEAD. Do not buy. I wrote them and sent proof. Finally in June they wrote back saying they where gonna replace the whole thing since they do not replace missing pieces. So I sent them all the information for the new Dino DNA to be shipped to me, however now nothing. This company is a scam. My video also went viral on tik tok about this and thousands of people say the same thing about this company.
I waited this long to write this review to see if they would step up and take action for there promise but I have not heard nothing in weeks and now I realized this customer service is a joke and these toys are nothing but a scam. They definitely won't last long same like some of the toys who where the same way when I was a kid.
If your gonna sell a product and your not gonna sell a complete item. Make damn sure your customer service is in check and you can resolve a problem.
This company is definitely a scam, I also will be going to both my stores and making a sigh for customers to read because not everyone watches tik tok. To inform any one NOT to buy NOTHING from this company. It was my first time buying from them. However, never again and will make it to let everyone know too do NOT make the same mistake on buying none of their toys either. Zuru is a scam.

Customer service is a complete joke. They sat on my email for over a month so I threw the broken toy out. Now they want video of the issue. They claim a system error for not seeing my request. Nerf gun came broken. No resolution. Annoying customer service agent.

Recently I have seen that they have these lego looking fire and police station sets. I thought they would be perfect for my son as a gift. I have ordered one from each set. Its good that I have checked them before wrapping because one of them was opened. I checked the contents and over half the pieces were missing. They have sent me someone's return as new. They sent a replacement but still ut is unacceptable. The quality of these sets are ridiculous even Temu has better quality lego knock offs. The pieces don't stay together the whole thing just collapses every time my son touches it. I had to reinforce it with spare parts to make it work. Absolute rubbish stay away from this company!

DO NOT BUY. I have purchases mutliple robo fish/turtle/ and boats. They work and shortly stop working. Ive replaced the batteries on all and hey never work after replacing the batteries.Worst toys. And customer service doesnt help.

Daughter received Christmas present, X-SHOT Insanity Series Motorized Rage Fire Gatlin Gun. I have been messaging with them since 12/25/24, sent pictures and videos of the defective product. They claim they'd be sending a new one on 1/7/25. It is now 3/6/25 and nothing other than on 2/22/25: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We bought a Zuru Robo Alive Baby Shark
Robo toy for bath time. Great idea, horrible execution.

The toy is not sealed properly and it allowed water into the battery compartment which causes the batteries to expand and leak fluid into my infants bath within the first two weeks of using the toy.

I contacted their customer service with proof of purchase, photos of the damage, and have waited 2.5 weeks without a reply.

No response despite three contacts. No response despite showing all the the evidence and issues. No response despite battery acids LEAKING INTO MY INFANTS BATH.

Don’t support this brand. Don’t support this product.

I bought a X-shot skin pro series
long shot blaster with shoulder stocks 20 half and 20 full length
that is worth $30 and it was a waste of money. Every time we will shoot the darts will get stuck and once we try to take them out. They came out in piece. Not worth buying this XShot gun. I wish I could get my money back.

Bought 2 robo fish and both of them lasted 1 use, absolute waste of money, how they can sale these I do not know. So don't waste your money on these.

Fake products, My daughter is so disappointed.

This move aligns with our vision to enhance global distribution...." "Zuru" IS primarily a toy company that manufactures products in CHINA, such as toys, and water balloons. The company added production of vitamins, skincare, pet food, and diapers. We hope others Remember the uproar in finding Melamine in our pet food a few years back? Well we remember! It cost pets' lives and huge vet bills. Should have listened the customer reviews on other sites about this subject. Buyer Beware.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from an employee at ZURU. Morishika Baruah Helped me out when I received the wrong order from Amazon. Morishika was very professional and helpful with the transaction. I am always happy to write a good review when a company goes out of their way to solve a problem.

Crappy plastic tat. Many layers of plastic packaging for more plastic junk.
Contributing to more rubbish than any toy I have ever seen. I don't understand how people can be pleased they make this.... Oh, money. That's why.

Contacted company to advise of this and they said they would send a replacement. This was in march 2024. 5 months on, a chase up email and another promise of replacement later an STILL no replacement. Such a shame as my daughter LOVED the toy and was so devastated when it broke

I purchased all of the X-Shot Insanity guns to create the mega blaster for my son for Xmas. It was SUPPOSED to be his "big" gift on Xmas morning. I put it together on Xmas Eve, multiple guns connect together to build a massive one and it wasn't terrible putting together but when we woke up --- the stand (which is the base holding all of the guns) snapped overnight because it's CLESRLY cheaply made and unable to handle to weight of the guns. So -- I was out of luck because the Walmart return policy expired, since I purchased it months prior. I contacted the company directly via email since theres ZERO #'s to call. What?! Dealing with the customer service team has been a COMPLETE disaster. It took 3 months for me to receive the WRONG gun a $7 piece of junk when the gun that I paid for was over $60! I had to provide proof of purchase, the original receipt and photos of the broken item to be considered for a new one. So with them having ALL of that information, where was the mix up? They give you the run around in a professional way, yet are the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. BEWARE.

This company deserves zero stars. My son received a defective toy as a gift... Without the receipt I went to the company directly (it is missing a hook up for the toy snake so the batteries can't work. Over and over they say "we are prioritizing this". "we will send you a shipping notice" and nothing. Clearly they are giving the run around and never ever intending to follow through. They make defective products and do nothing to fix it. What an absolute price of crap company. I'm disgusted.

We purchased a mini brand set/mall for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened her present, she was unable to put it together because it did not come with all the pieces it was supposed to. Customer service was initially friendly, but after 8 weeks the issues were still not resolved, and the customer service is not responding any further. I definitely feel like I was just given the run around until they could forget about the issue. From a disappointing present on Christmas morning to disappointing resolution of the situation, I will not trust any ZURU products for my kids in the future.

I BROUGHT A X SHOT TOY GUN FOR MY GRANDSON , RUBBISH ,THE BULLETS JUST FALL OUT , I AM NOT ABLE TO RETURN TO THE STORE [SMYTHS] AS I LIVE IN A SMALL VILLAGE IN THE UK . SO I CONTACTED THE COMPLAINTS ON LINE , I SENT EVERYTHING THEY WANTED ,PROOF OF PURCHASE , PRODUCT NUMBER AND PHOTOS. IVE HAD NOTHING BACK , I EMALLED THE CEO NICK MOBRAY , HE HAS NOT BOTHERED TO EMAIL BACK . THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE A TOSS, THEY HAVE GOT YOUR MONEY ,,,,,, HOWEVER I AM CONTACTING MY MP , AND TRADING STANDARDS . IF THAT FAILS ITS THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT , THEY HAVE DONE THIS ONCE TO OFTEN .

I purchased a child's toy for our granddaughter that had a missing part. It was a small part, but it was still needed. I contacted the company directly, which turned out to be a total waste of time. I honestly thought it would have taken a few weeks for the small piece to be sent. Instead I followed all of their required procedures, instead of returning the item to the store. I contacted them starting in Oct 2023 and as of Feb 2024, all of the 10 or more emails produced no results. I was told that the product was no longer made and that a substitute would be sent. Nothing received. BAD company experience I had.

Overstepping company. Owned by two of the worst people on the planet. I look forward to the day their stock plummets.
