Having Costco products at home for the same price.

I like the price and the convenience but received 4 dented cans. I would have had to repack part of the order to get it picked up and replaced. Very inconvenient as I had already thrown out the packaging. No offer of credit or anything else.

As a city-dweller without a car, I had no idea I could access Costco products and prices. Great service. Loved getting text updates of when the delivery was expected to arrive. All arrived perfectly. Nice to see a discount applied when one of the products was on sale in the store. All-round good experience - and without having to spend half a day to get to Costco, shop, and get home, and without having to buy a Costco membership.

I had never heard of this company but I was looking for something and they had it. I took a chance and bought it. They were great. I received the product within 24 hours. I received several updates as to when I would be receiving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great price on what I ordered the delivery was great and came as expected and I was messaged before and after the delivery was made. Free shipping but a 10 dollar tip for the driver is mandatory, which I am happy to pay as they are very good at following the delivery instructions I leave for them.

I’m a regular customer of zumzum.ca because their service is very reliable, friendly and my orders are always handled with care.

First order was great. I have been trying to place another order for a couple of weeks and I keep getting a message that my account is under review. I have reached out to the company several times via phone and email. No response. Very disappointed

Easy to order. Smooth delivery. Price seemed comparable to the store, too.

The way you guys package the order, just let it open. I never thought it was like that not package properly, left open for people to see .I only received 4 out of my purchase of 5 supplies I ordered. I don't know if someone steal one because it was left open without a full package covering. And one was open too. I will never recommend you to anyone or purchase anything else from you. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. List items not current at store. Constantly canceling and making excuses to not delivery purchased items. What a waste of time. For the automatic gratuity they charge you're better off to get your own client card to the store directly. Keep in mind they're already making a decent % back from the store as an executive business account holder.

*of course I couldn't utilize your scam services, you canceled my order for no reason and wasted my time. Terrible service in every way, even your response shows how ridiculous zumzum is.

If someone needs something that is only available at Costco and you are not a member of Costco, using Zumzum is the best solution. It has a very reasonable price and great service
