I used ZPeCommerce for a long time a few years back and now I am back with them (so happy to be back).

My partner at the time became very ill and I had to kind of put my business on a bit of a back burner, I used a freebie site until I had more time to focus on my business. Sadly my partner passed away so I decided to sell my jewellery business and start a new venture.

I have come back to ZPeCommerce and so happy that I have, the guys have been great getting my new site how I like it, always quick to help. Customer service is fantastic and so many changes have taken place within the platform itself since re-using it.

I highly recommend ZPeCommerce the software is easy to use, the software is also advancing and lots of new features added and coming.

If you are looking for a great website platform, fab value for money and great service, then use ZPeCommerce, you will not be disappointed.

I've used ZP for over 10 years and we have found the service to be first class. The system has developed over time to be an excellent one. What I like about ZP opposed to some of the big players is that ZP listen to requests and will implement them if it is a useful addition. If you are looking for a low cost way of running a website then it is definitely worth it. At around £1 per week for your own website, can you really afford not to do it?

I had been trying to sell online since 2005. I had been selling on ebay but I needed my own website. I had tried so many templates with so many providers, even the popular companies online. At first I had paid volusion over £2,000 to set up my website,the same Klassywear.com, that was my first, but it was so basic and I was not happy. Closed it down. I had tried wix, weebly, go daddy and so many not so popular names. Using website templates became a second nature as I have tried so many over the years.

My first issue was that as a beginner you need all the backup and support you can get, it is not the money, you want to succeed in your field and that is why you take that step to open a website. Without support and back up, it is a lonely area in business. And it is impossible to be happy with the website or provider nor to succeed in any field if you are not getting the support and back up needed.

After searching for so long for a website provider that could give me that help, to take my business to the next level. I stumbled on zpecommerce.co.uk. I though their package was excellent and what I needed after spending so much money on other platforms. I wasn't expecting much but I was willing to try it out.
Firstly, I made a call to one of their representatives to confirm the company and spoke to someone before I took the first step. To my surprise I spoke to someone and he gave me good support and advice.
I still had to think about it, reluctantly I tried the 14days trial, was pleased and I signed up for the 12months. It is one of the best decisions I had ever made.

I got my website up and running in no time, they helped me move my website from the previous platform with my domain not even pointing from one to another, but directly, so customers will not notice the website had been moved. Nothing was interrupted or affected. Perfect.

I got so amazed even with little things, when I contact them for support on even how to get traffic or advice on how to increase traffic. The quick response I get is amazing.

For the first time I am proud of my website and get lots of comments about it, I for the first time officially registered Klassywear.com Limited.

Another thing I find amazing, which is the main reason that prompted me to write this review, is that they continue to work on improving their packages, if there is any new applications out there for your website, it is made available to all their customers at no extra charge. I notice this new add ons regularly.

I logged in again this morning and I see new applications added again, for everyone to apply to their websites. I smiled because, I had come across them on other websites and wondered how did they do that, to see it is available for me to add on my website just by clicking onto it. It is superb. I am so impressed.

The best website provider so far, I give zpecommerce Team a stunning 5************* .The package, The pricing,The easy use templates, The support, Easy applications, extra applications, really everything you need to have your website one of the best as much as possible.

I created my ZPeCommerce store on June 8th 2016 signing up for the trial period in the hope of moving my web store from shopify as the benefits and price with ZPeCommerce were attractive. I was disappointed that the migration of all my store products was not as easy as it has been with shopify so sent an email to their support team for assistance.

They were very helpful and offered to help me move my products from shopify if I emailed a CSV file and gave the address of my shopify store. I did as asked and waited for their response. 2 days later on June 10th 2016 I had an email to advise that my product migration was almost complete (I accepted the delay as was advised it would take time due to the volume of products and variations) and that the products would be showing in my ZPeCommerce store - however no products were showing there for several days, hence my disappointment and original review. However....

Having since had a response from the company and having my issues now resolved I am glad that I returned to give them another chance and am in the process of finalizing my store which now looks promising. I have signed up for a year's paid subscription and am looking forward to a positive partnership and growing sales :)

To anyone considering ZPeCommerce I would say to definately give it a try!

I run a small business producing personalised greeting cards via the usual online shopping sites. However, I wanted to create my own website to improve my business and to provide a better service to customers.
I was having a great deal of difficulty finding a decent, reliable and fairly priced E-Commerce website provider.....that was until I discoverd ZPeCommerce ! After thoroughly scrutinising their website and what they were all about and the services they provided, I tentatively hit the button which shows pricing structures expecting them to be ridiculously overpriced. I was wrong !
The pricing structure is absolutely spot on for a small business such as mine and I was more than impressed and after forming comparisons with other providers I decided to give them a try.
All I can say is Wow ! The website template choice is amazing as are all of the customisations to really make the website my own. There is no complicated coding to get involved with and the fact that all templates are mobile responsive too make this the perfect website.
Adding products is a snip and as I provide personalied gifts I needed something that had a personalisation form to be filled in by customers before they order and these ZPeCommerce has it......in fact they have it all.
As a newbie, yes I have hit snags as I have learnt to build the site but getting in touch with their support left me speechless. Unlike other support facilities I have been in touch with before, I am always receiving very fast, reliable and excellent responses and every single time they have resolved my problems straight away.
I have definately made the right decision in choosing ZPeCommerce and will never ever consider leaving them. I feel `Safe` knowing my website is always being looked after if I am unable to sort something out.
They also have an amazing array of tools such as E-Mail client as part of the package, a domain name with hosting, a superb SEO Tools suite, Social Media integration tools....I don`t know where to stop !
I for one am more than impressed and their pricing has not hit me in the pocket at all and as a small buisness owner, this means an awful lot.
It is as if they have put a great deal of thought into looking after budgets of all sizes and have accomodated very well indeed.
If you are looking for your all in one solution for your E-Commerce website then don`t look anywhere else......ZPeCommerce are definately the way to go, you will not be sorry.
I absolutley love them and they have a customer here for many many years to come.

I have used a loads of online website builders in the past and never do what you want them to do, i stumbled across Zpecommerce one day and thought i would give it a shot, Oh my i was impressed with what you can do with this web builder, the variations is outstanding and so many options available to you for such an affordable price, this is a company that does not rip you off.

The customer service is outstanding and cant praise them enough, they always respond promptly and reply to everything you send them.

The store has so many functions and configuration options i am amazed and blown away.

I would highly recommend.

I have used a few online store and market builders in the past and all have been ridiculously expensive, one even charged around £700 for 6 months so finding Zpeccommerce was a blessing.

Their price is brilliant and the customer service is excellent, they always respond promptly.

The store its self has tonnes of features and is easy to use. I especially like the many built in payment gateways. I don't know how they can offer so many features, including SSL and domain for so little but its great.

I would highly recommend!

When signing up zpecommerce I saw lots of great things on there home page. so I went for it.

Since I have had the website, I have had a few issues with product variants, layout on mobile view, discount codes, incorrect site hits payment gateways etc....

When I chase up a issue, lets say the discount codes. I get a response saying they have had quite a few requests and that they will get back to me soon. This does not happen! It has now been over a month! This is not a request, this is problem that needs fixing asap.

They display various payment gateways which are not all available and the list goes on

Not great!

I have been with ZP from day one and have been there to watch them grow and help with suggestions.
No job too big or small. Also love a challenge and I have given them quite a lot!
I researched other companies and for some but not all of the functionality of ZP we were quoted £20,000!!!
Love this family business. Thank you for all you do at all hours and days of the week!

I wish I had found zpecommerce a long time ago. Excellent customer service, price and very simple to use and navigate.
I required additions to fulfill my website needs and they did this with no troubles at all.
I now use zpecommerce for both of my websites and find it so clean and very responsive on all platforms, mobile, desktop, ipad etc with no trouble of disruptions due to device ages etc.

Clean, clear, easy to us, fantastic price, ssl included, excellent customer care. I could go on...

Just want to say a big thank you for helping me set up my shop. Im new to all this but the help you provided made it a lot easier than i thought.

paid £59.99 for 1 year. told to wait for rev4. waited about 5 days but it was full of bugs and incomplete or missing help pages. dont know if previous version worked but with significant experience of things web i couldn't get rev 4 to work, tried and tried to put a site together, image sizes for slideshow not given, cant change template colours - templates not working properly. after many, many hours trying to get it to work and lots of phone calls and emails - i gave up. i thought i had paid for a working platform but it was clear it was still a work in progress. very disappointed. whole lot of wasted time. i was told that i should expect software development to take time but they had no problem instantly taking my money for an incomplete product. to rub salt in the wound when i requested a refund they kept £10 of my refund to pay for a domain name i didn't order. they said they paid nearly triple the godaddy price because they got extra things with the domain but they didn't say what. i would have preferred more openness about their situation. if rev 3 got all of the good reviews - why did they change it? no apologies - no real support. their paypal refund is held pending until 5 may - anyone know what that is about?

I have a fair idea on website design and so far i have had no trouble or issues with ZP Ecommerce. If i ever had any questions i would direct it to them and they would normally get back to me with in the hour. I have had a few websites in the past and none of them have been as relaxed and laid back as these guy's. But if there is ever an issue you can be sure that it will be dealt with promptly.Great bunch of people.
