I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I purchased a purse organizer for a Hermes Garden Party 30. At checkout the only option was to pay for expedited shipping in which the item would arrive in 1-7 business days. The item received was subpar and late. The seller claimed they would refund my money if I sent the item at my expense back to them in China. I was willing to send the item back but requested a return label since I already paid for express shipping and the item was late. I contacted PayPal to dispute the claim and obtain a return shipping label. The seller submitted documents that I am unable to access. PayPal subsequently denied the claim saying that the subpar item was not covered by their Terms and Conditions. This company along with PayPal are disingenuous in their business practices. Stay away.

Ordered some inserts from Zoomoni. They sent me the wrong inserts for bags that I don’t have. I contacted customer service and they would not reply to me and blocked my email. Not once did they try to resolve the issue or get back to me. I think this company is a scam, they will send influencers free inserts but won’t send you the items you order and pay for. There a many reviews I have seen of other customers saying the same thing or just not getting their order at all. The inserts feel cheap and are badly made as well. This is a very bad Korean company! Do not order from Zoomoni and don’t believe YouTuber reviews.

Be careful before ordering from Zoomoni. I spent over $200 AUD on organizers for a 29–30 cm Chanel bag but received inserts measuring approximately 22 cm. Despite providing measurements, photos and more than 20 emails, Zoomoni continued focusing on my incorrect reference to the bag model rather than addressing the actual dimensions. Even based on their own sizing references, the inserts would not reasonably correspond to the 29 cm size category. The customer service was disappointing, including the comment: “How can you not assume any responsibility when we crafted and shipped the correct item?” I was always willing to return the items, but after an exhausting process I have lodged a credit card dispute. I would recommend researching alternatives such as Samorga or MaiTai Collection before purchasing.
