Perfect futon for 1970 VW van
I ordered the 2 1/2" Wheat Dream Futon Mattress for use w/my 1970 VW Transporter van, because the van’s pull-out bed cushion is too soft to provide sufficient back support, especially for extended use. It's worked out even better than I imagined, in terms of my back support and sleep quality. I wasn’t sure if the 2.5” depth would be enough support, which is what I ordered, but it definitely is. For size, I ordered the TWIN: 75"L x 39”W. In the photo you can see how the size fits inside a 1970 VW van. The length reaches almost exactly the length of the pull-out bed, which is perfect. The width is slightly less than the full width of the pull-out bed, which also works out fine. On the right side in the photo, it goes to the edge. On the left side there are a few inches where it doesn’t reach - but that doesn’t matter as it doesn’t affect the sleeping area. If you plan on any van camping/van life, this futon is a smart and economical investment. I couldn't be happier

Excellent customer service
My experience with customer service went well. I reached out to see if I was within the 30 day return period for my product. I was not, but they still offered me a partial refund. I purchased a blanket that converts into a jacket. A friend of mine recommended it because I am always cold in our meetings. It charged well, but when I used it, I could not feel any heat. No matter the setting. At the higest setting, I began to feel heat in the pocket area after a few minutes. There wasn't any heat emitting from anywhere else on the blanket. I gave it another try a week or so later. Unfortunately, the same thing. I was told by the representative that their product only heats around the pockets. I was looking for heat all over.

For a cozier experience, we recommend adjusting the snaps and waist belt to fit snugly, and trying different heat settings. And don’t forget to give it a few minutes to warm up!

My experience with Zonli was beyond satisfactory. I purchased the mattress and the tatami matts. The mattress is a great product and so far I am happy with my purchase. The tatami matts I wanted to return because they were sliding on my wood floor under the mattress and I didnt really see the need for them. When I contacted customer service about returning- they offered me the option to keep the tatami matts and refunded me 40% of the price, which I thought was extremely generous and accommodating. It helped me to not have to pack-up the box and ship. Saved me time and money. who doesnt like to save time and money? Satisfied customer:)

Good experience with the mattress
Good experience with the mattress so far. I feel like I am getting good rest and don't find myself having trouble going back to sleep if I get up during the night like I would on a regular mattress. Ditto regarding other customer’s negative posted Reviews concerning Zonli’s 30-day Return & Refund Policy.
Heads Up! Number One:
Zonli’s Mattress Buyers 30-day Return & Refund Policy states all used items related to bedding are non-returnable if the item has been used.
NOTE: Confusingly Zonli’s 30-day Return & Refund Policy states in the next paragraph that all purchased Mattress’s must have been slept on for a minimum of 21 nights BEFORE starting a Return.
Heads Up! Number Two:
Zonli’s 30-day Return & Refund Policy states all On Sale Items are NOT eligible for the 30-day return and exchange service.
Surprised? I sure was. Luckily I read Zonli’s (after a frustrating search for it on their numerous websites) BEFORE the Fedex shipment arrived and refused delivery BEFORE contacting Zonli’s Customer Service (they provide excellent service if you succeed in contacting them).
Heads Up! Number Three:
In hindsight I realized that most (if not all) items sold on their Amazon third-party website are “On Sale.”
Heads Up! Number Four:
Before ordering bedding products from Zonli’s third-party Amazon website look for other product vendors that qualify for Amazon’s Return/Refund service.
July 3, 2026 Review Update:
After contacting Zonli’s Customer Service they understandingly refunded me the entire order amount after receiving and inspecting the refused order shipments.
I understand that Zonli’s Customer Service is not responsible for Zonli’s current obtuse, confusing and contradictory Return & Refund Policy.
I recommend that Zonli’s Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Communication departments get together soon and critique the current policy.
Hint: Someone should stand and read Zonli’s Return & Refund Policy aloud to the attendees slowly- word-for-word - at the start of the meeting.
After listening I’m sure all will agree with me that a document review and revision is in order.

A Product We Love and Customer Service We'll Never Forget
After years of struggling with traditional Western-style mattresses, my wife and I decided to try ZONLI's Japanese Floor Mattress along with one of their Tatami Mats. The difference was immediate. We started sleeping better, waking up with less discomfort, and genuinely looked forward to going to bed each night.
Unfortunately, our dog—who is a wonderful companion but occasionally makes questionable life choices—destroyed our mattress during an anxiety episode. It was completely our responsibility, and we knew it wasn't something covered under any warranty.
I reached out to ZONLI simply asking if there were any options available to help us replace it. Their response blew me away. Not only were they kind and understanding, but they treated our situation with genuine warmth and humor. Their team worked with management and provided a generous discount that allowed us to replace the mattress before I leave for Active Duty service.

I’m not impressed. I bought the 6 inch full size mattress and it’s been about a month - the smell of the mattress still hasn’t changed. It’s so intense, I’m not able to sleep on the mattress. It gives me a headache and makes it hard to breathe. It sucks! I’d return the thing, but Zonli doesn’t provide full refund or help with shipping. I don’t recommend this product. Not at all!

Mom of two here, and this Zonli weighted blanket is pure magic. It has the perfect weight that feels like a warm hug.
