The company could take the pictures that they sent me and actually look at them to realize that they did not deliver to the right address and then they should refund me and apologize for the month I've been running around or they should give me the delivery companies address so I can take care of it myself their customer service is absolutely useless giving me poor information and then telling me best wishes and good luck

I spent $600 AUD, only received half the order & they sent items with other people's info on it kept asking me to return items I didn't receive!!!!!
They LIED then LIED some more & PayPal wouldn't help me & I lost my money

Dresses were nice . And exact the same thing as shown in picture .

This company is a fraud! They advertised coins minted by Philadelphia Mint which was a lie. When I received the coins, they were not coins at all and they admitted they came from overseas and only offered 10% refund. Don't buy from them!

I bought a gift for my daughter for about $35 for Christmas. Took a month to arrive and it was the wrong item. The company wants me to pay an extra $30 out of my pocket to send back the wrong item, so they can then send the correct item. I’m not paying double to get the goods I purchased. Terrible business model, don’t ever buy from them!

Very bad experience for me. They don't complete their commitment. I ordered 2 dresses of karizma brand from Zoniya collection but they send only one. And after view this i text them again and ask, they seen my msgs but don't reply me..... Its so rude 😔😔😔😔😔

Do not use this company. They advertised a sensory plushie that was meant to move and showed videos of it moving on the website. It cost over £25 and they just sent a small cheap soft toy on a key ring with a which did not move. It had a Chinese label. It was a scam. Their customer service team offered a 10% refund. Luckily PayPal refunded me the full amount. They should be shut down.

The stuff of the product is very cheap it looks very local and I strongly disagree this zoniya clothing

I could not give less than 1 star but I would give them zero. This is the second time I am ordering a suit in hope of it being just a coincidental mistake the first time but for the second time I received the wrong suit. This is outrageous because I tried to contact the website but neither did they pick up my calls nor did they respond to any emails. Do not recommend and will not ever order from here again .
