The worst website wich I meet in my life. Quality of the bag same like on the SHEIN, they not providing any returns labels, you need to purchase it, the return cost me a lot of money and it’s 2,5 months and I never received my refund back, horrible, don’t buy anything from them. I’m very disappointed and frustrated!

I am disappointed with the quality of the purse

I haven’t recieved my parcel, or any updates after I placed the order. No one from their team is replying to my emails.

I haven’t actually received my item yet and tracking information has not been updated for over a week and my emailed response was a basic refer to
Policy !

It’s been more than 10 day since I order but I only received email about confirmation that’s it’s nothing else I’m still waiting on my order not impressed by the delivery method

The handbag I ordered is lovely but arrived with a few pearls missing which is disappointing!

edited Feb 2025 item now out of stock (still available on website). Wouldn’t risk ordering. I still haven’t received my order. One minute it’s in stock then out of stock then it is in stock (always listed as in stock) , then they are relocating so there are further delays. I will believe it when I see it!

Would really like to help, but....

Didn’t expect that delivery taking that long , for 2 times I order handbags like 2 weeks before I travel and never arrive . I missed to gift my mum the Christmas gift which one of the handbags that she likes and arrived very late. Very disappointing

I haven't received my order yet so I disappointed.

Item still not received. No updates on shipping or when item is likely to be delivered.

Slow delivery ! And NO! Do not use the Yuletide period as an excuse, its comes every year !!!

Firstly the website is misleading as it presents as the items are from the UK when really they are shipped from China. Secondly, I ordered an item on the 8th December and it’s no where to be seen.

Customer services said that it’s in transit but on the tracking link it says processing since the 10th December.

I asked for my money back and got no response!

Should have read the company reviews before hand, the company are scammers

It took ages for this bag to arrive and after the first use some of the beads came off. As there was a 6 month guarantee I contacted the company by email. They responded to say that I should return the bag and on receipt they would refund the item and postage. They gave me the returns address. I did this on 13th Nov and I still have not received a refund. Terrible product and terrible service and after care.
