Awful!
Awful!! Took my order, took my payment and never heard from them again. I had to chase multiple times to be told they wouldn't be able to deliver as I was "too far" for them to deliver. I live in SE London!!
My plans were left in tatters.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, it states clearly on our website that we deliver frozen items only in specific areas which you had ordered 1 Ashak and 1 Mantoo. We also made the refund straight away after informing you that we do not deliver in your area nor something we can post out. We strive for excellence and would like to address your concerns directly. Please reach out to us so we can discuss this further and work towards a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Amazing and very reliable!
