Pathetic service the driver didn't arrive for 45 mins kept lying he is reaching in 5 mins.
Customer service doesnt not exist its like trying to talk to a wall.

Would be crazy to ever think about using this useless pathetic service and would not be surprised if they close down in a few months

Not available in every location in Abu Dhabi they charge you at the time of booking but that does not warranty they will find a driver for you….dirge your car and on the return use Uber…

“I booked a driver with Zofeur, expecting them to arrive within 10 to 20 minutes as advertised. However, it took over an hour for a driver to finally show up. During that time, they changed the assigned driver four times on the app, making the whole experience confusing and frustrating. When the driver eventually arrived, he was sweating and had an unpleasant odor, which left my car smelling terrible for hours afterward. This experience was far from the reliable and professional service I expected. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.”

The night customer service is just horrible. Doesnt answer calls in emergency. They think its easy for the drivers to handle different people. They just give grief to them and make it difficult for the zofeur which results to harrassing the customer indirectly. A 15min wait ultimately landed up waiting for 60min. please ensure you take a screen shot if the app displays " no zofeur available" as i was charged a cancellation fee despite not being able to book a driver, this is utterly appalling

Isaac, known as Archadams471, left my wife stranded for over an hour, then kept saying another 40 min every time you called, when she cancelled, got charged for cancellation, because this Isaac person could not be bothered to do his job! Tel +971523685094 is the number to avoid!

I'll try to keep it short. Be careful with this company; they do not care about you or your vehicle. Last November, during the Dubai floods, I was overseas for a family event and decided to use Zofuer for a routine garage drop to my mechanics for a light service. I naturally wouldn't have booked if I had been aware of the weather conditions.

The car was collected and driven into a body of water, destroying my engine. Initially, Zofuer admitted liability but insisted I use my own insurance for the repairs. This was the first of many red flags. I had to argue for days that using my insurance was unfair as the car was damaged by their company. When they eventually agreed to use their own insurance company, the repairs were below par, and the car broke down two days after it was returned (over two months later). They took the car back to inspect it and decided to blame me for "driving too fast". I never broke a speed limit but there was no talking to them, I was constantly ignored for days on end while paying for a rental from my own pocket. I was eventually escalated to a senior manager who also eventually ghosted me.

In a final act of desperation, I sent direct emails to the founders and co-owners, Bunty Monani and Ishrath Hasmin. They care so little about the welfare of their clients that I never received a response.

I must stress that throughout this process, I have never blamed the driver. Zofuer drivers have a demanding job and follow instructions. I do question why the organization didn't care enough for their own employees or clients to restrict service during the adverse weather conditions like Deliveroo, Instashop, Zomato, and so many others had the sense and care to do.

I don't come from much, but the incredible city of Dubai has been good to me, and after 6 years here, I bought the car of my dreams, a second-hand Bentley GT Continental. Zofuer not only destroyed my car but also exhibited the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It's eight months on, and I am over 120K AED out of pocket to replace the engine. Be careful, folks.

Always had a good experience up to now...
So basically they provide a good service when you need a chauffeur to drive your car to anywhere and a reasonable price.
Yesterday Zofeur's shortcomings came to light - although the Application stated the driver arrived, no driver to be found and after 1+ hours of trying to resolve it, we got a friend to drive our car home instead.
Zofeur's Helpdesk (which is difficult to reach) provided no assistance to get it fixed.
When using Zofeur, make sure you have a backup plan!

This is great thing to whom don’t want to drive , i like them that have good drivers polite and kind approach. Their application have good feature .. totally i had good experience,, i give them 4/5rating.. keep it up the fare is good as well on dubai area i don’t know the other state ..

Charged for the ride but didn’t turn up. Wouldn’t use again.

They say it’s pay per minute but they charge you 20 aed as booking fees and surge fees 30 aed which comes as a surprise

The worst experience with this people. The driver was so unprofessional to the point that he could not start the car as he did not press on the break to start the engine. Then he kept getting lost despite the indications we were given to him. At some point we asked him to stop the car and to leave and he started insulting us. We did report this to the police. The worst experience ever. The day after I escalated the case to Zofeur and I have also messaged its founders but never received any reply.

This is a great service I have just discovered. Easy to use the app, the driver was lovely and I felt very safe. Also very reasonable, no more than a taxi fare.

Worst chofeur service ever! They say on the website the fixed fare is 69 dirahms and includes drop and pick up of the car, but it’s a lie. They only drop the car and then you need to pay again for them to pick it up. When you tell them the advertisement says the fare includes everything, they simply don’t answer anymore. Don’t use this service
