I’ve just finished my Umrah trip with Ziyarah Tour and wanted to share a bit about how it went.
Right from the start, they got back to me quickly and sorted everything out with no fuss, which really set the tone for the whole trip. All the travel plans were taken care of smoothly, and whenever I had a question or needed something, the team, Sajid and Rashid, was always there to help. They really paid attention to what each of us needed, making the whole experience feel personal and special.
The team went above and beyond – it wasn’t just business for them, it felt genuinely friendly and welcoming. The daily educational sessions were both engaging and informative. Imam Khalid enhanced the spiritual aspect, making it more meaningful.
When we went to Medina, Quba Mosque was closed for a bit, but Sajid and Rashid jumped in and quickly sorted another visit for us that evening, so we didn’t miss anything important. The places we stayed and the food we had were top notch – really comfy and tasty, which made the trip even better. Even when things got busy, the team did everything they promised, which I really appreciated.
All in all, I can’t recommend Ziyarah Tour enough – they were fantastic and I’d definitely suggest them if you’re thinking about doing Umrah.

We have just returned from an unforgettable Umra experience. Ziyara tours were friendly and helpful. The hotel in Madinah was lovely, great food, and next to the Masjid an Nawabi. However, it was very difficult to get a ticket to the Rawdah so book this well in advance inshallah. Potentially it would be great if Ziyara tours could get group tickets inshallah.

The hotel in Makkah was not bad but a bit far from the Haram, myself and another older friend found it a bit long but easy for most. It’s about 20-30 min walk depending on crowds. The Imam was very knowledgeable and spiritual person who gave talks on a number of occasions which were very good. On the Ziyara I attended it was great, perhaps extending the time at some places. Visiting Uhud was especially memorable MashaAllah.

Overall an excellent team, who were keen to help anyone with any issues, friendly and helpful. We were transported safely throughout the trip. May Allah reward them for their efforts, Ameen.

We are so glad we booked with Ziyara Tours everything was organised & planned & having a schedule ahead of time was very useful. Being able to easily contact the brothers & everyone on the tour via whatsapp was so helpful. Even small details such as having data had been covered. Travelling for umrah with two young children I was nervous but Alhamdullilah Ziyara tours helped immensely. Imam Khalid leading & being able to approach ask any questions directly & via whatsapp was such a relief. JazakAllah to the whole team. Alhamdullilah even with changes we were able to do everything we planned for & reached everywhere in a timely manner. Having Ibadah days inbetween & it being planned well is credit to Ziyara Tours May Allah swt bring more baraka to your business. I would highly recommend them! A knowledgeable, caring and approachable team who made sure everyone was comfortable & were more than happy to help every step of the way.

Amazing service I would recommend to all to use. Really nice brothers literally there every step of the process, going above and beyond. I can’t wait to book with them again inshallah and can’t praise them enough, especially brother Sajid for making our first ummrah trip one to remember and stress free.

One of the best travel company I have traveled with (and I have traveled to many countries so far).
4 of us wanted to go to Iraq and then for umrah, unfortunately we had to cancel the Iraq part of the trip. Ziyara tours and in particular Sajid handled the cancellation very well. We then went for umrah our accommodations and travel arrangements were excellent. Unfortunately during umrah I lost/had my passport stolen but Sajid was available to advise and to sort out issues that arose. Many thanks to Sajid, if there were more than 5* I would have given them

Ziyara Tours organised a splendid tour to Masjid Al Aqsa and many other important sites. This was my first tour and hoping to do many more tours with Ziyara Tours In Shaa Allah. The tour was AMAZING from start to finish, jammed packed with so much to see and do. I recommend Ziyara Tours to everyone and any one contemplating to go on a tour to Masjid Al Aqsa + and give 11/10 for all the staff who delivered the tour in an excellent manner. Well Done!!! I recently travelled to Al-Aqsa with Ziyaara Tours , this was my first solo trip and I was a bit nervous to start off with , brother Sajid was very responsive and addressed any concerns I had to start off with . All my expectations were exceeded the tour was absolutely amazing and I got to learn a lot from it , guide Medi was very knowledgable and gave detailed explanation of all the sites visited .
The group I was travelling with were amazing and supportive , brother Sajid was on hand and provided support through out . This is a trip I will never forget ( a dream come true ) and will definitely be travelling with Ziyara tours again IA .

We all had a wonderful spiritual journey with our lovely Imam sahab,tour guide Sheikh medi the driver and all behind the scenes who made us enjoy our journey a big Thankyou and may Allah swt reward you all including the whole Group who helped us through out our journey.

This was our best experience of an umrah package with children and parents . The communication from start to end was fantastic. We were never left waiting whether that was the initial quote or waiting for our guide in medina whilst doing Zayirah . The whole journey was made extra special with the phenomenal ziyarahs in both Mecca and medina which really made the the whole journey and history come to life for the children and all of us.

The hotels in Mecca and Medina were both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we were soo close to the haram sharif my parents loved it. The food and service was also excellent.

We also got gift bags with a book and tasbeh which made it extra special and the book provided was a very concise umrah book.

Highly reccomend to anyone wanting to go on umrah. May Allah bless Ziyara tours to continue taking people on a journey of a lifetime 🤲🏽

Alhamdulillah , can’t thank Ziyara tour enough , we just arrived back from our very sudden trip to iraq, I reached out to the brothers, and they helped and arranged the entire package in less than 24 hours , we managed to visit all the cities in iraq within in 9 day, it was so professionally planned . the trip was made so smooth and pleasant . They made sure we were satisfied and comfortable all the time . We were taken good care of from the moment we landed in the airport , till our departure. We performed Umrah with Ziyara Tours in December 2025 and had an excellent experience overall. From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the whole journey much smoother. Any questions we had before and during the trip were handled efficiently.

Alhamdulillah, I recently joined the Ziyara Tour team on the December 2025 to do Umrah with my wife and three young children.

It was a truly a memory that will last a lifetime that enriched us all spiritually and with the knowledge provided by the amazing Shahyk Mubeen Raza.

Ziyara tours provided great communication prebooking, answered all questions and concerns that we had. Everything was planned efficiently and with a thought of all people that had joined the tour. The management team overall was amazing and easy to approach. The attention to detail allowed it to make it an even more memorable meaningful experience.

A special thank you to Shaykh Mubeen Raza for his guidance and wisdom throughout the trip, the daily sessions providing us with with wealths of knowledge. Also a special thank you to brother Rashid and Sajjid on their dedication, kindness and caring approach during the entirety of the tour. Their management and planning allowed for a well executed tour. During the umrah itself there was constant consideration that the whole group was doing well appreciative of the varying age groups that were present. The ear pieces that were used allowed for the duas to be read in unison and ease.

The children loved listening to the naats, nasheeds and dhikr on the couch trips. Alhumdulillah memories created for life.

If anyone is not sure what to do with which groups to go with I can highly recommend going with the Ziyara Tours group even if it is a young family like ours was.

We've just come home from our Umrah travels and the old me would of just sat down and scrolled social media, or jump on the PlayStation to "rest" after travelling for 15 hours.

The new me was ripping open the suitcases frantically trying to find my Madinah prayer mat and getting excited to feel that connection, and yeah that connection is still there. It hit me as soon as my forehead and nose touched the mat like it did when we all prayed Isha on the marble floor for the first time in Makkah.

Thank you to the Ziyara team and thank you to the group that made it feel more like a community rather than just some people going to the same place. We've made new friends for life and many amazing new connections.

This was my first tour with Ziyara, and hopefully not my last! Every day was well organised; we were able to visit so many incredible places and had the chance to attend optional lectures too. It was clear how much effort went into every part of the journey.

The tour guides in Jordan and Palestine were truly wonderful, so passionate and knowledgeable about their homeland which made the experience even more special. Having Imam Nizaal’s reflections and lectures throughout the journey was something I am very grateful for; it elevated what was already an incredible and spiritual experience.

What really stood out was the care and understanding shown toward families traveling with children. Especially when it came to allowing extra toilet breaks for children with medical conditions. They never rushed us and made sure everyone was comfortable, which made a huge difference for my family.
Imam Nizaal provided information during the journey was very knowledgeable, and we really benefited from the guidance and explanations he shared. It added a lot of value to the experience.

We also had a fabulous time in Wadi Rum and truly wished we had more time to spend there, as it was an unforgettable part of the trip.
