You are selling an expired supplements. When I contacted customer service they told me they are going to refund my money. But I am still waiting for that refund. It's been now over 2 weeks...

Sigh. I didn't want to believe the reviews here but sadly they're correct. I ordered a quarterly subscription of Skin Discipline. When I received my order, they only sent me one 30-ct jar instead of the 3 jars I paid for. Not a huge deal, that was easily enough resolved by submitting a request to support. 3 days later they notified me they were shipping the additional bottles. However a few more days went by and unfortunately I was having severe nausea with every dose, despite following the instructions to take with a full meal. We're talking, it was VERY difficult not to vomit; if you've ever taken a strong dose of zinc then you understand what this is. I submitted a request to support inquiring about returning the two unopened bottles, and they even have an option in the dropdown for "adverse effect", but I was informed they don't accept any returns regardless of whether they've been opened. I'm giving two stars instead of one because in fairness their return policy is out there if you look for it, but I still feel it's absurd that a refund is out of the question on unopened product. I was exceedingly kind about it, too, despite the first error with my order. To be really honest, with products of a similar nature, I've had situations where companies will simply refund me to 'make it right' and not ask me to return the product even when I was fully happy to. So it's not that they CAN'T issue refunds 'due to the nature of the product' (their words), but rather they choose not to. This is just bad customer service, because now I never want to buy anything else from them. And I can't stress enough how bad SD hurt my stomach lol; I tried it for 5 straight days. I'll own my mistake but I want others to be aware!

They refuse to delete your data, even after being notified of data privacy laws. The also make it extremely difficult to cancel subscriptions.

I bought a few of their products without realising if it didn’t work at all …. It’s money thrown down the drain. All the 3 products I bought didn’t work! I politely contacted their customer service and was told our research says it should work but if it doesn’t on your skin type … “Also, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee! so we are not able to refund this product or any of it if it doesn’t work on your skin “ . How or where can I see the “research” that you have done please do tell me .. because if not Everyone can just sell a product with no results and have no comebacks ? I should have read your reviews before spending so much money !
I may take this to Trading standards as those could be another online scam !

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with as a licensed skincare professional. They have absolutely ZERO integrity. I had a wholesale account with them which they shut down without warning and refused to respond to emails. They raised their order requirements without any warning or even notification, never even giving me a chance to meet them. I had been ordering from them for years when they deemed me unworthy. I won’t buy from them ever again as a customer, nor will I recommend them to clients. Awful unprofessional behavior.

I like their products but they take a long time to send, not apologetic at all about it, and customer services don’t reply in a good time frame, if at all?

Never thought I'd have to write something like this after being a loyal zitsticka customer for years, but here we are.

November marked the first month that my subscription for the skin discipline supplement was charged and the order confirmed, but never received as it never actually shipped. I was told some kind of warehouse issue had effected orders from actually going out. This is concerning as a lot of people are prone to forgetting what they have ordered - If I hadn't contacted Zitsticka myself, I don't believe I'd have ever received what I paid for.

Fast forward to December - it has happened again. A week ago the money was taken from me, an order confirmation email received and then... crickets. A week later and the order hasn't even shipped, nor am I expecting it to without me having to send an email complaining.

It quite literally is theft though, you cannot charge someone and expect THEM to have to chase you for their order, as if they won't, they'll have paid £30 to receive absolutely nothing. That's attempted theft, guys. Sort it out.

Bought the ‘Face Map Hydro-Patch’ due to an explosion of stress spots all over my face. Never had issues with other spot stickers before and thought these would be good as they cover large areas rather than individual spots. Woke up next day, lots of gunk on patch, looked like job was done. Next day, blemishing where patches had been, but no pain, didn’t think much of it. Following day, swollen, itchy skin with clear solid lines of where the patches had been. Burning sensation. Had a severe reaction. Today I write this as I sit on the sofa with cold compresses covering my face and a prescription for Hydrocortisone for face cream. Having to cancel appointments and work this week due to how bad it is, so actually lost a lot of money and time getting this. Reviews on website are suspiciously all positive, should have been a red flag. Not been asked for feedback yet which is suspicious too. Basically, don’t do it and buy proper products elsewhere that are genuinely ok for your skin.

For body acne - no impact (only tried body acne treatments from them as this is my main concern). Trial period lasted 4 months (this is pretty reasonable and generous). The combo I used was their BodyDouble. It really does seem all marketing, no impact for me.

I don't want to download an app to track my order. Give me tracking on I can click on via web browser on my phone. NO I WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ROUTE, NO I WILL NOT DOWNLOAD SHOP to track my order!!!!

Bad company. Missed off the free gift that was the reason I bought via this company, rather than a distributor, where I would get 20% off.

Avoid & buy elsewhere.

I've started getting cystic acne and decided to give the Killa patches a go after the last cycle left my skin so incredibly painful as the cysts were so swollen and deep. Even with using actives in my skincare (AHA, BHA, PHA and retinol) it took 2 months for those cysts to go. I've since tried these patches when I saw another cyst coming up and it has taken 5 days to clear the cyst and start the healing. I used 3 killa patches in the evening and then the goo getter in the day (they were free though, i think it's better buying Cosrx ones as they're cheaper and not so obvious on your skin). I know they're expensive, but knowing just how much pain I was in last time means I'd happily pay that again. Best bet is to order when there's a sale on.

The products are great and work well. However I was absolutely shocked at the over packaging, it’s completely over the top and so wasteful. I can’t justify ordering again due to the wasteful packaging.

Products work okay but are overpriced. Their plastic packaging feels cheap.

Their marketing emails are spammy (contradictory to what they say) and there is no getting away... I've removed myself from their marketing email list 5 times only to receive 2-4 emails a day... if they can't process my email address and remove it, I fear for my card details and their infosec policies...

HORRIBLE. NO STARS. FACE MASK GAVE ME A CHEMICAL BURN. DO NOT USE!!!

I use the goo getter patches and they work really well, as well as the patches for deep under the skin spots (way too much packaging for those though)
After reading so many positive reviews I decided to get the skin discipline capsules. I used them for one month and my skin looked worse than it did before I started. I know it says to use for three months to get the best results but that’s a total of £90 for something that doesn’t really seem worth it.

ZitSticka is just another overpriced product chipping away at your insecurities.

First of all the packaging is WAY too overboard and SUPER wasteful. The zit stickas come in a very hefty box and then inside they are each individually wrapped in a hard plastic folder, and THEN there's more plastic you have to peel off on the sticky parts. Like why????

Every product, including the supplement pills which are in a hard plastic container with lid, come in these hardcore boxes too. It's just so unnecessary. What a waste of trees.

That said, the sunscreen serum, which they market as some fancy schmancy perfect serum that you absolutely NEED, is one of the worst sunscreens I've ever tried. It left my skin the oiliest, greasiest thing I have every seen and I soaked through multiple blotting sheets trying to negate the oil. I tried this with different product layerings (even on bare skin) and let it soak in and every time it was still oily.

Product-wise, they are just okay products. It is not worth it for the price at all. The skin pills that will "clear your skin up" are again, preying on your skin insecurities to fork over way to much cash for a fancy vitamin. Healthy diets are super important, yes, but paying over 50 dollars for a pill you take once a day is not what is going to do the trick.

There are so many other companies that make the zit patches for the same quality if not better, that are MUCH CHEAPER and use way better packaging. Individually wrapped zit patches are just so unnecessary. Half of what you are paying for is the packaging.

Definitely fell prey to their marketing trap and regretting every dollar. It's just way too expensive and totally unnecessary. There are way better companies out there doing the same thing for cheaper and higher quality and less waste.

I usually use the cheap corsrx patches which work great except for under the skin spots. I get cystic acne once a month due to flea allergies and these worked really well on them, the patch is comfortable and easy to put on and remove. It was difficult justifying the price however as you only get 8 and I felt like I was paying mostly for the packaging which although professional looking, felt a little wasteful as each patch was individually encased in plastic and a wrapper, I decided to try a cheaper brand on amazon but they didn't work at all and left a horrible residue so although I feel these are overpriced there doesn't seem to be many alternatives that can compete with these. I do wish the company would consider lowering the price or add more patches.

I’ve been taking the supplement and this has actually really worked. I usually get really under the skin zits, and have a pretty good face cleaning regime, but it wasn’t cutting it. I added this to the mix and have been pleasantly surprised. I did take over a month to see results. Also, I’m never the type to leave reviews (but I do read and rely on them) but in this cause, I’m just hoping to help other people like me. I’m sure it hasn’t worked for everyone, but I’ve had great luck so far. I also tried the hyper fade and didn’t see any results from that (not much anyways)

I spent not an insignificant amount of money on the combined pack and the post zit stickers, and several times have wasted expensive patches because of a design flaw in the packaging.

These stickers are wired shut inside annoying plastic squares. You have to yank them open with your fingers, (which would be impossible for anyone who has issues with their hands) and frequently they fly out onto the floor, ruined and you have no choice but to throw them in the bin. It's additionally not great that you're left with a load of plastic tat after you've used one.

The early zit sticker didn't work for the larger under the surface zits I had, I guess they were too stubborn. The goo getters were an interesting experience, and stopped me popping whiteheads myself. The post zit stickers did help fade marks, but it wasn't the great result I had read from others. The benefits to these are that they stop you picking and making zits worse. The cons are the expense, the ease of use and packaging.
