Canvas was badly cropped. Head at top of canvas and looked odd. Tara from Zippi did not want to help. Denied the issue and just refused to accept the image was badly positioned,

Nothing offered. Took the £38 quid! Easy money. Real shame that they were not prepared to resolve this issue.

I won’t use them again. Short sighted company that will continue to rely on one off orders!

Absolute clown company. Do not order passport photos as you may as well throw your money straight in the bin. Use a company that can do passport photos properly and save yourself the hassle

I ordered my canvas print & zippi responded very quickly. One star.
I received the wrong size canvas & emailed the company with very little response and nothing of any value. When I pointed out that I could have got the size I wanted, 60 X 80 for the same price as the one that they sent me which was 20 X 30.
I'll never use the company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else

Ordering was easy. Dispatch and delivery was incredibly fast. Product (three photos, printed and framed) excellent.
Emails from Zippi made my day!

The single good point was the fast delivery, which I paid extra for.

I certainly wouldn’t use them again, however, if you fancy spinning the wheel I would definitely advise you address your delivery to the local landfill to cut out the middleman and save you the trip later!

Don’t waste your money my photos returned with shadows & poor quality for passport photos. They have the audacity to ask me to reorder and pay so they will offer discount. You are better off going to photo booth.

Ok turnaround but the pics were unfortunately rejected by the passport office and so I had to pay to have new pictures taken. Save yourself the time hassle and money and just go to a professional photographer who know what is expected for passport photos.

Good company to buy from, I purchased some passport sized photographs which I made certain conformed to all the regulations that are stipulated within the form that come with a passport application (as you know it is your responsibility to make certain) and when they arrived they was perfect and have been fully accepted by the passport office.
Zippi kept me fully up to date on my order via emails and as a few have already mentioned on here the emails they send are unique and very funny, infact I would just order again from them for the emails, a brilliant strategy as I'll never forget them and they now would be the first company that would pop in to my mind if I need anything photography wise.
Overall I can't fault them, good job.

I received my photo frame which had slight damage. This looked liked it happened on transit. I emailed Zippi and they sent me another one within 2 days. Excellent service! Would use again

Utter rubbish. "Set of 8 UK regulation sized passport photos" provides a set of photos you may as well throw in the bin. Passport regulations require a specific head size in the photo. They simply ignore that and send a print that will be rejected. They expect you to do your own research and do all of the work required to make it right. Their photo tools provide no guides to ensure compliance. Their competitors do. Use them instead.

Ordered some passport photos but received what I consider a complete waste of paper. Photos did not comply with home office specs and consequently got my application rejected. Contacted zippi customer service by email but all I got was a very cold and disinterested reply. What a complete waste of time and money. Certainly, will not be using again and would not recommend to anyone. There are plenty of a lot better alternatives online.

Just used this Company for the second time and am very pleased with my canvas. The quality is fantastic with a very quick delivery - received my order within 3 days, which considering it was 2nd class is pretty good, bearing in mind my Xmas cards have only just arrived and it’s nearly February.

Bought personal glass coasters.when I check them to wrap for Xmas.one was chipped one had black paint scratch and the foam on the back looked like they was put on buy a toddler. Now have to order a new set from a different company.

easy to order, very quick delivery, I got the mousemat and the photo came out very clearly and the quality is great, they also email you when your order had been placed, received and dispatched which is great! would highly recommend!

Loved the quality of the coasters as they were a gift and well received. The delivery email, just made me smile and laugh out loud, great marketing.

I ordered a personalised phone case. Received it in 2 days and it is great quality. My daughter is going to love it.
