Good condition products
Good condition products. Chap named Sunni, has very great custoner service skills. Sunni listen and tries to meet my requirement. My items arrive with no damages items are not old or rusted tins.

was sent the wrong mangoes but made amends
was sent the wrong mangoes, they were good but. But obviously the prices would have been different. And it becomes tricky to order things that might get substituted without any consent.
However, the seller called and offered their help very gracefully, so I wd be happy to shop with tem again.

First of all sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. As it was end of season we were not able to procure the mangoes on your order. As per the process our team gives a call when they substitute any product from warehouse. In some cases we are not able to connect and hence end up providing substitute. However we agree that for mangoes we should not have sent a substitute without consent. We will try to find mangoes if possible for you but at the moment we are issuing the refund.

Ordered on Thursday and received on Friday. The quality of veggies was excellent. Purposely ordered rare to find veggies and got them all. Highly recommend.

I had ordered Langra mangoes and…
Not sure if Zingox Foods read my review but I have received an email saying they have refunded the money.
I had ordered Langra mangoes and Kwality kulfi icecream which they couldn’t deliver. I have emailed them 3 times now and also rang them once. I was told that the Langra mangoes was supposed to get despatched last week and the they would refund the money for the kulfis.Until now neither I have received the mangoes nor the refund. I have since emailed them requesting to refund the money for the mangoes and kulfi but no response yet nor any refund.Will not buy from this store again

For mangoes like Langra we get very limited stock in UK and our intention was always to send you mangoes as soon as they arrive in UK. Also in nationwide orders we cannot send ice cream as it might get melted if we send using courier service. We just send ice cream in our local delivery service area. We will investigate on why this was not properly communicated to you by our support team.

Edit: I have since been contacted by them and the issue has been resolved promptly. Hence changing the review to 5 stars.
I have ordered a lot of times in the past due to items being home delivered, but no longer due recent sour experience. Still awaiting refunds for items not delivered. Its been almost a month and I have followed up multiple times. Have seen many products being unavailable recently as well. Lots of other grocery shops around which give same variety of products and much better experience.

Its really sad to see refund process has not being prompt. We checked our records and we could see the refund is initiated back from our account 28 days back to your card used for purchase. Can you please cross check your statement and confirm this. We already spoke on the call and if there is any issues we can further trace this transaction with our payment provider to see what could have gone wrong. You are our valued customer and we would be looking forward to serve you even better.
About grocery availability - there are shortage of Atta and few rice qualities due to the bans imposed by source country or UK and we need to be compliant with those. However we are working with suppliers to make sure we plan products in advance and keep it available as much as possible.

Purchased mangoes. This was my first shopping with Zingox and was very pleased to see the quality of mangoes they delivered. Perfect on time delivery and nothing to fault. Compared to other London store that I used to order ,I find Zingox is much better in delivery quality mangoes .thanks

An excellent variety of Indian food…
An excellent variety of Indian food (Maharashtrian especially).
Alphonso mangoes are of high quality, pure (Assal) :D and have awesome taste.
Green leafy vegetables are clean and fresh. Rates are reasonable.
I came across Zingox through the 'LifeCast' YouTube channel (thanks to them).

Everything is just perfect
Everything is very much perfect. the packing and d condition of the received items, also temperature controlled packing all is very ideal. Fresh fruits and veggies are in extremely good condition. No spills n no litters. Expected delivery is exactly same as mentioned. No delays at all until now. I must hv ordered for more than 5 times now. Customer care service too is very prompt in replying to queries and fast at action. The only inconvenience is dat they neither have a usual free delivery thing for my residential area nor a pik up facility nearby my area. I live at Hull, Ennerdale HU74WF. It's a humble request to them to take into consideration my request for making availability of goods at this area too. Rest all 5 star. Don't think twice. Best place for all your needs.
