There are NO words to ‘Thank’ Zinga, specially Aditi Sinha. We are living in our dream homes on Surrey Hills just because of her. Myself bring self-employed recently so very difficult to get any amount of mortgage. We were just looking for getting mortgages around £420K but even that was difficult. I had tried all possible scenarios but it was looking for impossible. Then I met Aditi and she sounded very confident however I wasn’t sure. We were almost loosing the property. She then started not only working on the case but also started showing huge flexibility as being small business owner, I was always busy. She called between meetings, late evenings, sometimes late nights. She had advised to prepare all files within the business and also advised what sort of documents are needed from my Clients and other business relationships. She was able to get me more than £850K+ Mortgage from Halifax with an absolutely lower rate (unimaginable for smaller businesses) savings my business a lot of cashflow. She also additionally did a lot of follow ups with the lender and solicitors to close the deal. Finally when we got the keys, there were no words to Thank to Aditi and Zinga.
