Scam Card At It’s Best
This has been an awful experience. I tried several times using two different phones and a desktop to redeem this card. Today I called customer service and was on hold for over twenty minutes. The representative said I was entering the wrong CVV code. I told him it was what was on the card. Then he told me to try again in a few hours. I’ve been trying to redeem this card since the second week in May, and today is June 22, 2026. The customer service representative ended the call. I wonder how many people give up in frustration thus making Zillions richer due to unused funds. I’m filing a formal complaint with Texas Attorney General and Better Business Bureau.
