As first time buyers Darren has 'held our hands' through the whole process. He has been available to answer any questions we have no matter how small at any time of day replying to messages straight away even out of hours. He has worked around us making himself available at times that we can need him to be. He processed our mortgage so quickly that the sales team of the house we purchased commented that it was the quickest valuation they have ever had booked in. You couldn't ask for more when going through the process of buying a house. I would highly recommend Darren he has been fantastic.

Well what can we say except thanks for having our backs and getting us through this mammoth of a journey for the last YEAR! Yes we have had a long journey but you've kept us sane over every stepping stone we have had to cross. From the beginning of only finding out what steps we will have to complete to meeting over zoom and face to face nothing was ever too much. We contacted you different times of the day even last thing on a Sunday and we always got a response to our queries. Not mentioning the 3 times you signed the same paperwork...we really appreciate everything you have done and all your time! There was a time when we lost all hopes of this moment, time was ticking and the thought of our mortgage offer running out was becoming a reality. You never let us give up, you stayed on the case and even shared our worries with the solicitors and got them back on the case and now we are here home owners and it's all thanks to you and your patience hard work and devotion on helping us. Greg you always went above and beyond our expectations of a mortgage advisor.

John is great at what he does, having got myself into a pickle with some loans I had to take out (I wish I went to John first) he managed to sort me out with a cheaper monthly rate until this year where he managed to get me funds to pay off all my debts and have some money left over for the house! Highly recommend John!

Buying my first house on my own, I wasn’t sure of many things but Darren’s experienced&professional guidance and support now helped me get a completion date for my first home. Thank you Darren and Zest Mortgage for making possible what seemed almost impossible at first.

After being messed around by a big firm mortgage broker we were passed Greg's details through a family member, and were so happy we went with him! He responded quickly to our enquires and set up a meeting within us the week, very promptly he had gotten us our DIP and within a few days he had submitted our mortgage application. He kept us updated as soon as he received any information. Very friendly, nothing was a problem for him even with us messing about with how much we needed to borrow constantly. Would highly recommend and will always be using in the future.
