Zero Waste Outlet sells beautiful AND genuinely plastic-free products! Even their ship packaging had zero plastic. (The only exception is the nylon bristles of their toothbrushes.)

Customer service was great. I had two packages that were supposed to arrive but were lost in the mail, one from zero waste outlet and one other package. I checked with my neighbors and couldn’t find them, so I emailed zero waste outlet and they took care of me. :)

Exceeded all expectations. I ordered the mint, vanilla and lavender earl grey lip butters. I love them all, but the earl grey is my favorite. They feel so luxurious and leave my lips so soft. Great product, fast and sustainably packaged delivery

The products are sturdy and easy to use. There was no plastic in the box from shipping, which makes recycling easier with that. The brushes don’t scratch or scour the dishes. The copper scrubber is flexible and easy to clean. I wish I made the switch sooner!
