I use paypal to protect
I bought a watch from Zeph Watches, and right from day one, things went wrong. During checkout, they stated they used DHL, but instead, they created a shipping label with a completely different courier.
When I noticed the tracking only showed "Label Created" and hadn't actually moved, I contacted customer service. They brushed me off, telling me not to worry and that it would still arrive on time. Fast forward 10 days later: still no package, and the tracking still only says "Label Created." It never even left their facility.
The only reason I finally got any action or attention from them was because I escalated the issue and opened a dispute through PayPal. If you do risk buying from them, my strong advice is to only use PayPal, otherwise you will be completely ignored when your item doesn't show up.

Top-notch service and a great switch!

I've been wearing two of their watches for a while now and overall the experience has been excellent. The design punches well above the price point — clean, considered, and genuinely wearable. But what really sets Zeph apart is how they handle things when something goes wrong.
One of my two watches arrived with a defect. I reached out, and within less than a day they had confirmed the issue and shipped a replacement — no back-and-forth, no hoops to jump through, just a straightforward fix at no extra cost. That kind of response is rare at any price level.
The team is approachable and communicative throughout, which makes a real difference. Shipping does take longer than you might expect, so factor that in — but given the quality of the product and the confidence that comes with knowing they'll stand behind it, it's a wait worth making.
Genuinely recommend them.

Good customer service
I would like to update my previous review. Initially, I was very disappointed because I did not receive the watches I had ordered. However, the customer service team was extremely efficient, professional, and kind in supporting me throughout the process.
Although the watches never arrived, the issue was handled promptly and satisfactorily. The customer service team kept me informed and ultimately provided a full refund.
Based on my experience with their support team, I can say that they were reliable, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem.

Update on 20 May 26- After my review here zeph contacted me and arrange replacment. Due to technical issue Zeph were not able to see my email.

A good watch at reasonable price
The watch is great & I am very pleased with. The delivery was ok & the communication was good. The only improvement I would suggest is the watch instructions should be included the watch movement was mechanical not wind up.
All in all I am happy with my purchase

Material used is good quality, finishing is excellent. The only suggestion is to offer more size options, or alternatively have system whereby the size can be adjusted by the wearer.

The watch was delivered correctly and on time, and it looks nice and stylish at first glance. However, once you have it in hand, the materials feel quite low quality and cheaper than expected. It also states that it is made in China, which was a bit disappointing for the price. Overall, it looks good, but the build quality does not fully match the appearance.

I have recently purchased a watch for my partner, there was a deal of buying one watch and get the second one free, I purchased one and I forgot to choose my second free watch. I paid for one and later on I get an email from Arthur saying you have not picked your second watch that is for free. So i went back on their website and chose one took a photo and sent it to him. And I got my two watches yesterday. The packaging was amazing and it was so secure.

Cheap Chinese product
I bought one from their website, and when they arrived, I saw that the watches were made of the cheapest quality of plastic. The back of the watch is completely blank with no watch info just a transparent sticker which says made in china. As per scamdetector.com, their company is registered somewhere in Europe. It is a sham to portray it as a luxury brand. It is an out-and-out cheap Chinese watch. The design too is copied. It was shipped directly from china as per the tracking website.
