Ordered an LV bag on the website. I paid additional for express shipping which says the item would come within 10 days. Even with their reasoning for working as a 'marketplace', item should have come reasonably in 15-17 days. Order was placed on 12/7. It is now 12/28 without any order and without any response on their end. I messaged them twice about this order recently and they ignored my messages for 4+ days already and haven't answered like other people had said. This is incredibly poor service for a handbag that wasn't chump change. When I followed up with them about whereabouts of this order, customer service advised they only know as much as me and couldn't offer any specific updates. They also advised me that to resolve this issue they wouldn't be using this carrier again. Please, this is an extremely poor resolution of this matter. If the carrier is problematic, why use it in the first place to deliver expensive handbags?
Resolution of this matter should involve 1) calling the mailing carrier everyday until an expected shipping date and updated location of the package is advised. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
Update: 1/3/24
It’s now January 3, 2024. I finally got form of response from zen plus in the form of a reply to this public review. As of yet, they still ignored three messages of mine since Dec 24. That’s about 10 days without a response about a lost package that costed over $600. The person who responded below said the package was delivered on December 28 but that is FALSE. I have not received any package until now and no further information was advised on which local mailing carrier was used so I can actually track the package’s whereabouts. At this point, I have lost all hope and I would never again use this website to make a purchase.

My first order with them and I am so impressed. My order came so quickly given I paid for standard shipping. I placed my order on the 21st of July and it arrived today the 8th of August. My items were safely packaged in a box with two layers of bubble wrap. Tracking was also great which I didn't expect. Initial tracking was obviously Japan based. However, once my order arrived in Australia I could track it via Australia Post. It was also nice to have a promo code included in the delivery. Thank you so much Zenplus. I would happily purchase from them again.

I had two items in my order, one arrived but one was cancelled.
Refund was given, but I had already paid for shipping for one item. Then they asked very soon after if I would like to re-purchase, since for some reason the seller had sent the item anyway.
Meaning that I would have to pay for two separate shipments, which is very expensive, multiple times the shipping refund I was given.
This is not stated in their ZenPlus FAQ, and communication between emails were vague as if avoiding the topic of shipping costs. It took multiple emails pressing for details, for several days, to get a clear explanation as to what I would pay for a re-purchase.
They did not explain this: I still do not know why the seller had sent the item to ZenPlus' warehouse even though it was cancelled (by whom?), so soon after shipping the other item, and how ZenPlus processed this item.
I cannot recommend ZenPlus. If something goes wrong with buying multiple items, the way ZenPlus handles the situation is unreliable.
Update:
I think it is reasonable to ask that the details of the entire issue should have been explained to me when Zenplus received the item at the warehouse. But I appreciate the explanation now.
I do not see the item listed anymore for a re-purchase but if it is still available I am open to communicate through email. - Hyun

I have not received an email in the past week. If I do not update my review from here then that means I was never contacted.

Very Unsatisfied. I purchased a Louis Vuitton key ring on the ZenPlus in June last month and upon received it is a fake LV item. I contacted customer service via an email and on the website by asking question for return and refund. To date, I still haven’t heard anything back from Zen plus.
