Fab artisan company, amazing range of products, personally love the charcoal soap use everyday, easy to travel, my son also uses (24) great for young skin.
So great to buy from original family run business, website ordering very clear and products arrive prompt and well packaged. Eco friendly and British so pleased I discovered at living north craft fair all those years ago.

I have been buying these beautiful soaps and other products for several years, both for my own treats and to give as very well-received gifts. They are lovely with a large choice to suit all tastes. The excitement when opening the beautiful-packed items, all in lovely sustainable packaging is wonderful - the room is filled with gorgeous aromas and it’s great just to breathe it all in! The ordering process is efficient and easy and items are despatched promptly and always attractively packaged. I can’t recommend these products highly enough. Suitable for the most delicate of baby skin and sensitive adult skin. And all truly organic and environmentally friendly - all packed with love! If you don’t yet know this brand, please do try. They are fabulous ❤️

Bought this back in September at the Garden Room Biscuit Factory. The smell of it is absolutely incredible and how I have enjoyed using it for bath time. This had really made me fall asleep easily in the evening after having a long day from work. I highly recommend to other people buying it and supporting local business. I've just order 2x large refills that was on offer! Can't wait for it to arrive 😀

Thoroughly enjoyed attending the facial and body scrub workshop. We learnt so much, met wonderful like-minded people, and came away with amazing products to use that I made myself. Andrea was so knowledgeable and made everyone feel welcomed. Would recommend joining in on the workshops. Myself and daughter had a lovely morning. Racheal

After trying nearly everything on market for teenage skin , my sister recommended the activated charcoal soap after having sold it in her eco shop (through Zenote) and it has worked wonders ! It cleared within a couple of weeks and not had any break outs since .

I discovered this company and their fantastic products whilst holidaying in the North East and shopping at Alternative Stores (also a fantastic shop!).
I had been using soaps for some time to reduce plastic waste but these have been the best I've found, not drying for skin and they feel really great to use. I did also love the shampoo and hope that it can make a return at some point, fingers crossed 🤞.
I've sent items as presents but also just kept a lot for myself. Fantastic products and always a really friendly service 😀

Zenote: The ultimate gift you don’t want to give to family and friends but keep for yourself. So to avoid being selfish, it’s best to order one or two extra! Amazing scent, luxurious texture and beautiful packaging - vegan friendly and made here in the North East too. Absolutely love it!

Just perfect! We tried Zenoté soaps as an alternative to shower gels (wanted to reduce our plastic waste) and never looked back! They smell divine and don’t dry out skin like others we tried. I can’t not mention their shampoo bar which has me totally converted. After trying bars from a big high street retailer I didn’t think making the switch away from bottled shampoo would suit my hair type BUT my hair is clean, conditioned and feels better than ever.

Thank you Zenote once again wonderful soaps that are so luxurious, fragrant with a creamy lather. My skin has never dried out in the winter months since using your products. My favorite is the lemongrass and black pepper but the lavender is my next. I sooo recommend these products if you haven’t tried them. And don’t forget to give the hair shampoo bars a try as you don’t need to use a conditioner.

I've been both the soaps and the 2in1 shampoo bars for months now and they are awesome, so easy to use, smell amazing, last for ages, leave no residue and are all handmade.

The owners are so lovely and helpful aswell, will definitely be using their products for a long time.

I have been using Zenote soaps for sometime now. Always happy with the service and eco- friendly packaging. Just recently bought the shampoo bar. I have long blonde hair and normally have to use a lot of conditioner. Used the shampoo bar and my hair feels amazing. Thank you Zenote.

Zenote soap is the most beautiful soap, gentle on your skin, leaving it feeling soft and refreshed. Wouldn’t use anything else now. Nothing compares.

I’ve used most of the Zenoté range and everything is wonderful! The soaps look great and smell amazing. They last well too. My skin is left feeling soft and moisturised. The Pink clay and Lavender, Orange, ginger and clay and Lemongrass and pepper are particular favourites. Everything is packaged beautifully and the gift sets are a perfect treat, especially good for the eco conscious

Soap smells amazing and feels luxurious. Have also bought as gifts and everyone has loved them. They look beautiful and all have different qualities. Great that the company takes alot of care in choosing the ingredients to ensure an eco friendly product. Can't recommend them enough!

Cannot fault the service we have received from Zenote. Prompt delivery, fabulous packaging and attention to detail on everything they produce.

I purchase the oat milk soap as my daughter (6yrs old) suffers from reactive skin. We have to be careful what we use on her and Zenote soap has been perfect. She hasn’t had any break outs since using it.

Really lovely squares of high quality soap. Beautifully packaged also. I personally like the brown and cream two tone soap with bits in. It feels and smells like your own health spa body rub. Gentle foam whilst you use in shower and your skin after feels amazing. As your skin is soft you don't have to moisturise after. Fabulous soap.

These soaps smell amazing and I won't use anything else now , big plus point is the environmentally friendly aspect.
I recently tried the shampoo bar and I love it, no need for conditioner and my hair feels and looks lovely.
