Head and shoulders above the rest!
I have had the privilege of using Zen locum agency as both a Pharmacy Manager, booking locum pharmacists and dispensers with them, and also working for them as a locum pharmacist. The standard of locum from them is so much better than all the other agencies, brought about through their robust due diligence both on registration of the locum and using the feedback appropriately from the pharmacy managers booking their locum. All of the agents working there are incredibly professional, and attentive. The Zen booking platform is so simple to use and their auto invoicing system very slick and effortless. They are by far the best locum agency out there.

I love to work with Zen. App is very helpful, I have everything in hand, shifts, rates, locations, pharmacy descriptions. I like flexibility that I have working with Zen. All team is very friendly and helpful. For me at the moment the best locum agency I worked for.

Terence at Zen Locums, has been super helpful. Walked me through the zen platform creating shifts, ensuring all are shifts were filled and requirements met. Made it very easy for me! He’s been in touch every step of the way to ensure things run smoothly. Absolutely no complaints!

I've been qualified since 2010. Zen Locum is a breath of fresh air when it comes to locuming. Easy booking with a clean and friendly interface and I especially like how you can accept shifts immediately and even negotiate the rate.
The invoicing is super easy aswell. I don't need anymore excell spreadsheets !

Honestly I havnt booked a locum shift anywhere else since I've started using Zen.

The ability to actually talk to someone…
The ability to actually talk to someone on the phone rather than just having to deal with bots and emails.
They always try their upmost to solve the issue with last minute cancellations, which in this industry in greatly appreciated.

ZEN Locum is THE BEST app! Easy to navigate with great options. Choose your traveling distance! Work has never been easier. It is BRILLIANT! I love the simplicity! The team is always helpful and really polite:) I am STRONGLY recommending it! :)

Excellent experience
My experience with Zen has been excellent. They have answered all of my queries and I have had no issues so far. Every member I have interacted with has had fantastic customer service skills. A special mention to Amber, who has been great in everything!

All the staff are very helpful especially Lydia who I deal with on a regular basis . Always very professional and works hard to cover the shifts and meet our Pharmacy specific needs . Nothing is ever a problem for her
